Three orders in as many weeks that have been botched. For the most part, I stop by Wendy's when I'm in the area because they're one of the few fast food joints that will let you order burgers without buns. I usually order a Baconator with extra mayo and NO ketchup. Guess what has been on the past two? They get it right on the monitor, but for some reason, that ketchup just seems to keep making it's way onto the burger. So today, I figure I'll just get your standard Baconator...no way you can mess that up. Apparently not the case at this Wendy's. I...I think it's just a normal, single stack cheeseburger? I was in a rush so I didn't check on the way out...but this is the first time I've ever seen a fast food restaurant mess up three orders in a row. No issues with the Port Orchard Wendy's. read more

Ordered thru door dash. Chicken sandwich and baconator fries. Got a completely dry chicken sandwich with no sauces and messy fries since I received no plastic ware or napkins. I don't expect much but they sure leave you disappointed at this location. read more

This place disappoints me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. You sit and wait forever in the drive through only to get subpar service. Why do we keep coming back? Why ask me what kind of sauce I want if you're either going to give me the wrong one or none at all? Sure, I'll take only 1 straw even through I ordered 2 drinks, oh and I guess I don't need any napkins either? Fine, I'll take a cheeseburger with only pickles and onion on it, but I would much rather have what I ordered- a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, which comes with BACON and lettuce and tomato. The service was fast but they always messed up the orders like we would be missing a burger or some other stuff. Every time I go to this place i always lose 3 dollars cause i end up not having the food that i order. I used to work at Wendy's back at home and its not that hard to look at a screen for the orders or the receipt they never give us our receipt cause they know they mess up everyone orders. I don't want to write down my whole bad experience, because of how detailed it gets. So I don't like the customer service when it's busy. Yes, I understand it's busy, but that shouldn't change the mood we get. Also the lady taking the order for some guy was so rude, it was unbelievable. I stood in line for about 20 minutes just to get one thing. Very unhappy with the customer service but I love there strawberry lemonades and can not find them anywhere else. Apparently idk if it is ALL Wendy's or just this one, but apparently Wendy's employees are not required to wear gloves or even wash hands between toutching other things. I had noticed no one was wearing gloves and one guys hands were all over the fries. I requested that they wear gloves when they serve my food and the manager made such a big deal that someone had to wear gloves. I'm pretty sure that a health code violation and they weren't even washing their hands! also it was raining outside and the floors were very wet and there was no caution cone anywhere in the lobby. Wendy's was one of the only fast food chains I would eat, and now not anymore. read more

As this store is under the current management, the productivity, service, and atmosphere have gone way down. This used to be an awesome place to grab some quick fast food with my grandparents or friends in high school, but as the years have gone on the professionalism of the staff and the male manager there are pretty bad. When in the drive through on a busy day, new employees are talked to rudely and the manager constantly looses his cool on the floor in front of guests and to the staff. When orders are missing or messed up it is caos. I think some more tools in the tool box are needed to help this group get back to the mission of serving the public in a quality manner in every area. read more

Hi, I just want you to know that I love your seasonal salads. The strawberry fields salad is wonderful and you put great healthy items in it. Plus the dressing is also awesome. Fuck these niggas! I ordered the Fresh Cod Fillet, asked for the tartar sauce to be on the side, with a medium fry and sprite with no ice. My fries were soft, hot enough, but soft. I waited until I got home to eat the sandwich because I don't like to eat and drive. I get home, the sandwich is loaded with tartar sauce!! I'm pissed. OMG. If you ever want to meet the most stupid people on earth, this is the place to go. Tried to order a chicken sandwich combo with chili instead of fries (who likes the fries they have now? gross and always cold!) and since it was hot outside, I really wanted a soda. The gal didn't understand that we had a choice of sides so instead of giving me a combo with the sandwich, chili and soda, she was only able to understand the sandwich and chili concept. Then after struggling with ordering a combo I wasn't going to get, two salads were ordered and one of them which is a popular salad, the cashier had never heard of it so I had to point it out on the menu board. The manager who is an older gentleman was so busy doing everyone else's job that they're not doing (and getting paid for) that I couldn't get his attention to complain. All in all, i almost got what I ordered minus the soda and of course, didn't get my change. One of the salads was supposed to come with pecans, and they weren't included. As I said, the manager was running around doing everything while the clueless employees did nothing. The one girl making the food cut up a piece of chicken for one of the salads I ordered and half of it dropped on the floor. So one salad did get a full piece of chicken while the other only got a few. For $20.86 and no change, it wasn't worth it. Unfortunately, the poor manager should be telling employees to do their job rather than do it but if they're all that stupid, it's no wonder he was doing it. read more

Rude people working there. I just went through the drive through. Because they didnt have the food ready for the car in front of me, she pulled up, but just barely. I pull forward, thinking she's going to leave, so I was about 2 feet behind her. Meanwhile, the next person behind me pulled up to the window, effectively pinning me in.(I don't blame them, they were just doing what they were supposed to do)So lady in front of me is just sitting, so I tap on my horn to get her attention because she had already twice before delayed the line by not paying attention so i figured she was just fiddling with her phone or something. The person at the window proceeded to scream out the window at me that I needed to go around. I told her that I couldn't because i was pinned in. She kept yelling at me to just go around and finally the lady in front of me pulled her head out of her ass and moved forward so that I could leave. VERY unprofessional conduct by the Wendys employee. I've noticed that they put the rude people on the night shift at this particular Wendy's. And these people think they deserve $15 an hour. Try a customer service course, ok? This isn't the first time I've been treated rudely at this Wendy's at night. I tried to call so I could speak to a mgr and no one picks up the phone, it just rings and rings, not even an answering machine. read more
