I'm assuming they source a lot of employees through the local college so maybe there was a chance I was unlucky with getting someone new, but that indicates a management problem. since I had different servers on different days and neither was adequate, that would be the only reason I would think twice about returning. When it finally arrived, everything was just average and nothing really stood out. One disappointing detail was that no bread was served with the meal. We had to ask for it, and when it finally arrived, the two rolls seemed reheated in a microwave -- rubbery and not very appetizing. Overall, the experience was underwhelming, especially given the lack of customers and long wait time. Unfortunately, not a place we'd rush back to.

The buffalo sauce wasn't the level of heat we were looking for, but the flavor was still nice. Each thing came out as soon as it was ready. So, nothing ran the risk of getting cold.
