We had a rough early afternoon into late evening on this glorious Friday the 13th. But thanks to Chris at this location he made our day like we had a shining star placed on top! He was so very, very, kind, he liked with us took our things to the table for us, filled the container with ketchup for us, he was so great! I sure enjoyed our short time laughing and being waited on by him. Thank you Chris, you are an amazing human being. Oh and..yes the food was good! read more

The food was standard Wendy's Fare EXCEPT the Spicy Chicken Sandwhich. Holy Smokes ( actually I think it did smoke). I got watery eyes and a runny nose just sitting across from the person eating it. Now this person loves spicy food, but based on this persond reaction ( that i have only seen by people that ate ghost peppers) , I was about ready to call Hazmat, but we were able to stabilize the patient with a frosty. The restaurant was clean ( I even witnessed someone cleaning the posts outside) and the staff was friendly and efficient. They still supply lots of napkins ( you will need them) and a great selection of drinks from a machine that let's you mix like a thousand flavors. Don't forget your frosty! read more

Hadn't been to a Wendy's for years. So we, stopped in Sunday around 12:30pm. 4 people in line in front of me. Another 4 sitting at tables eating. By the time the others in front of me had paid for their food, each had their food order before even they were able to fill up their beverage cups at the kiosk. I placed my order, paid, walked to my table and had to turn around because my order was already ready. But, the speed of delivery indicated the quality of the meal. One Dave's single was 'warm' but dry - even with the tomato and pickles and condiments on it. The Baconator was 'warm' and almost inedible being overly dry. There was nothing 'juicy' about any of the burger patties. More like dry leather reheated. Fries were decent but lacking any seasoning. And the Chocolate Frosty - it was frozen so solid couldn't even get a straw into it nor a spoon. Even after finishing our burgers and fries, the Frosty was JUST starting to thaw out. From the looks of things, all these items were premade and just sitting around waiting to be served. Given the plethora of other fast food dining options out there, I/we won't be returning to any Wendy's. read more

Drive thru is rated R. Went through here for first time tonight. I was the only car there. In the 1-2 minutes I waited for them to hand out my food, I heard two f bombs, a$$, and "butt buddy" as the staff were talking about their manager and co worker Mike. Pretty shocking, even from fast food workers. Can't imagine what the customers inside had to listen to. On the upside, my sandwich was really good. I'll go to a different Wendy's next time. Every time we have visited the staff has been friendly. Its always been clean (super imporant to us) Always and it doesn't take too long to get an order and the fast food is superior and better priced compared to rivals offering similar items. Over the past year I have tried to phone, email and speak to the store directly about their app not working. Of course all benefits of an app rewards and offers can only be redeemed through the app. I've tried two different emails, it sends me confirmation and the first account won't let me log in and a new account I created with another email lets me order but the. Keeps saying there is an error. I like certain things at Wendy's and they obviously don't care AT ALL about doing anything about this. I read tons of reviews on Reddit and this is a Wendy's app issue. With so many other choices and the cost, you'd think a company would care enough to address, many comments about this issue are years old, tells me they don't care period. read more

Most of the time this Wendy's is just fine. However we ordered a Dave's Double cheeseburger two times in a row tonight, and both times we got a bun with nothing but the toppings. One of them had lettuce and pickle, the other had ONLY two measly pieces of lettuce. Who does that, and why? Look at my photo. They CAME like this. This was very underwhelming and disappointing Wendy's... The service was a bit slow, the staff literally mumbled and unresponsive, the food took a while to get served on to the tray and unfortunately the food was also cold. **However, there was something super awesome that I found at this Wendy's, which I'll explain at the end of this review I haven't eaten in a Wendy's in about 2 years so I was really excited to sit down and have a burger there because I've always like to eating at Wendy's and think their food is generally good! The problems started with the staff member that seemed overly nervous or anxious? On top of that, she mumbled everything and was also disconnected in her communications. Next issue was that it took the staff a while to make the foods (a double bacon cheeseburger fries and a drink with no special requirements so it should have been pretty quick.) The unfortunate part was after waiting approximately almost 10 minutes we finally got food on the tray and sat down to eat but already, the fries were cold and the burger was cold too. Overall, I was disappointed with this Wendy's and think there's a lot of room for improvement. **However the cool thing was that I found a 9th Wonder of the world more elusive than Bigfoot! I found the world's smallest public bathroom sink! I kid you not, the sink bowl was literally no bigger than my hand (even the faucet was bigger than the sink itself!) So the one item I got was wrong and the other two items are missing. But hey... they did give me a spoon for some reason! After going to this location for the last 20 years I'm never going back. My first visit here was at night one weekend about an hour before they closed. I waited with the car ahead of me in the drive thru for a long time. The car in front of me gave up. After a couple more minutes passed, so did I, and when I drove thru I saw employees just standing around, strategically away from the order window. That night I actually drove 10 minutes to Kirkland and got my Wendy's fix there. Pretty damn ridiculous. Theres no substitute for Wendy's, however, and it's the closest store, so I tried again a couple weeks ago one Saturday around noon. My second visit was much, much better. About as perfect as fast food gets, actually! My drive thru experience the second time was nice 'n quick. Food was fresh. There's something distinctly "Wendy's" about the Baconator and son of baconator. Not sure if it's the bread or beef. Delicious either way. My nuggets and fries were also tasty. Exactly what I was craving. Fast food these days isn't as economical and this location seems very hit and miss, sadly. Average out my positive and negative experience for a total of 3 stars. Wendy's Woodinville WA 9/10/2022 2:30 PM - Drive-thru HOSTAGE Entered the drive thru at about 2:30 PM with about 6 cars in front of me. The line was moving slowly but that sometimes happens on Saturday afternoons, I thought little of it at the time. In this dive thru there are curbs on either side of the lane that prevent you from bailing-out if the wait is too long. Once a car pulls in behind you there is NO WAY to exit. When I arrived at the order station, I find a sign that says order at the window! By this point, I have been in line for nearly 30 MINUTES. Unable to exit, I'm FORCED to remain in line regardless of how slowly it's moving. I finally decided to call the location to find out what the problem was, I asked for a manager and was told I was speaking to one. When I asked why the line was moving so slowly, he told me the ordering system had been down since the night before. I asked him why they were not informing customers that there were delays at the drive thru and he told me there was a sign at the order station. I explained that the sign as so far into the drive thru there was NO OPTION TO EXIT long before or AFTER you see it. I told him they had the option to put a sign where folks could see it or close the drive thru. He responded they could NOT close the drive thru under any circumstances. Apparently, Wendy's management believes it's better to hold your customers against their will with no way to bail out of a OBSCENLY long slow line. This is COMPLELY UNACCEPTABLE! read more

Multiple times I've gone through the drive through and met with lazy workers, absolutely terrible customer service and a worker that basically acts like it's an inconvenience for me to be there without doubt every time. Numerous times I've gone through the drive through and been rushed through my order. When I try to go back to make adjustments to my order(make nuggets spicy, no tomato etc.) that was quickly brushed over by the worker, they get angry and annoyed like I just rushed them through the order. It's a known thing now as well, when talking to friends about the Woodinville Wendy's, everyone says they are rude and disrespectful. I said it once and I'll say it again, TERRIBLE SERVICE! Well it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to Wendy's... I mean let's be real, who the F thought a square burger belongs on a round bun.... But this location was surprisingly very good. Clean. But most of all the guy at the counter, Alex, was delightful, helpful and tried to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Woodinville has turned into bouchée bitches tho so doesn't surprise me people there would not like it, or they just got better since the shit ratings. Bathrooms are a risk for walking out with toilet paper on your shoe, but at least it doesn't smell like I'm walking on human feces, so that's nice. read more

My husband and I were staying nearby celebrating our one year wedding anniversary. We never eat fast food but decided to we really wanted some late night fries and burgers as a treat. We arrived at the drive through and I wasn't sure what I wanted as I needed to briefly read the menu first. My husband was trying to let the guy know that I was slightly delayed but was thinking about it, therefore he mentioned two separate orders but all on one card. The employee got confused and separated the food by two separate orders and payments (which was not a big deal for us) but then he proceeded to scold us in how to order. He needed to know why it was separate and we said accidental and he was annoyed and said it's too late to combine so he scoffed and charged the card twice, then said "next time you order you need to already know what you want and order hot food first cuz we're trying to close so we make that first" which I understand but if you never eat fast food how would you know what you want, isn't that the point of the menu?? And sorry you're trying to close an hour and a half early? Just no need to be snarky and rude when we're not regular customers.
