We went back in after to pick up our cheese curds and waited in line again for at least another 15 minutes. All in all, great stop if you're in the area. First, I was initially interested in Maple Leaf Cheese because of their English Hollow Cheddar cheese, which has been recognized internationally as one of the finest cheddar cheeses in the world. In fact, it won the 2008 World Championship Cheese Contest for one year aged cheddar and is truly an incredible cheddar cheese. One of the finest cheeses that I have ever had. I have also tried many of their other cheeses and they are all pretty amazing and worthy a try. I also particularly like their cheeses with hot peppers like the ghost pepper, scorpion pepper, Carolina reaper and more incorporated into it. Shipping is a bit pricey, this last order was twenty seven dollars to ship. However, the cheese itself is at a decent price point. I woukd definitely recommend here and give it five stars.
