The whole team here are all very nice and actually care for people which was my issue with other places and I finally feel like I don't have to constantly worry about who I'm leaving her with to take care of her. But at same time the person just didn't seem "on their game" but rather a bit out of it. Told me they would jump right on it which was good as time is often of the essence in these situations. Well, that was the last time I heard from them. Nothing at all. Either just another business that doesn't care about the customer or the individual needing care. Truly unfortunate are but that is the way we learn who is good and who is not.

I received it and filled it all out, including all my banking information for billing and e-signed the documents. Lenore phoned me and said she received everything and that someone would be calling in the next day or two to go over our specifics for dates, times, etc. Well my trip is in a week and I phoned Lenore on the 23rd and she said she couldn't find the file that it was probably at her Wesley Chapel office - don't you people use computers? I know you do because I have a copy of my electronic document where you got all of my personal information. I was told she would call me later that evening but nothing. I have no messages or emails from them - so if I can't even get them to get the ball rolling on this how can I trust them with a vulnerable senior. I can't - so thank goodness I have some wonderful people who we know and trust who are going to help us out with this. I would strongly recommend that any caregivers needing respite care - reach out in your local community-many people who work for agencies will work directly for you. It's very stressful arranging care as it is but to be so blatantly ignored by this company is just plain horrible!

I had a new client that lived in a roach-infested apt. but didn't know because it wasn't told to me. people can't help their situations. However, the company should go out and see what the client needs and take notes while at the client's home. of possible dangers to the caregiver when it says light housekeeping that generally means dusting and picking things up off the floor. personal care has a wide range of things to do.
