They further stated that the sellers agent would need to be additionally paid .5%. The second interview was with the Realtor that sold us the house 25 plus years prior. Semi retired. We decided not to go with him due to his underwhelming valuation for our home. We had the sense that he was not truly on his best game and possibly just looking to make a quick buck. Now the third, well let's just say that Dave Miller is 'the goods'. An easy going fellow with a demeanor that brings a sense of calm and seasoned confidence to the transaction. Dave's fee schedule for listing and selling our home was reasonable compared to industry norms. On top of that Dave stated right away that the fee/percentage quoted would be divided equitably with the buyers agent. (The old school way) This takes pressure off of the buyers as they will not have the added expense of paying their agents fee. At this point Dave 'had the job'. Dave also provided another alternative. That was his Realtor/Broker services in a transactional capacity only, if we found a buyer ourselves. It just so happened that with a little legwork, we were able to find a buyer while our home was still off-market. For this Dave only charged a fraction of the percentage quoted for utilizing his full services. I highly recommend Dave Miller for his experience and overall mellow demeanor. I would also like to mention that Dave's communication was exemplary. Whether by text, phone or email, he remained 100% communicative right to the end. If you are looking for a competent Realtor to sell or aasist you in purchasing a home, Dave Miller is the Realtor professional for you.

My relationship with Jerry and his staff, has been off since the very first day I met him. He and select workers have harassed me continuously over the years. At open meetings, private matters have been brought up by management. I was being followed around the community when I was walking. Daytime, and early evening(after business hours). They would show up at the pool when I'm at the pool, trying to talk to me. I ignored him. I mailed Gervin management letters with dates and times of incidences. Never once did I get a response or an acknowledgement to my letters on the complaints about his employees. This past Saturday they mulched my back yard flower bed and pulled all of my creeping phlox on the one side out, but left the others. I am grandfathered in with maintaining my flowers, because I have flowers. They mulched behind my ac/heating unit and removed a black box that was placed back thereby the exterminator and left it on the lawn in front of the ac/heating unit. They had no right to remove that box and place it in front of my ac/heating unit. He hires non english speaking people to work for him, I'm all about diversity, teach them about different plants. They have no idea of the plants and the different blooming times. If it looks dead they pull it. I even have a note that I maintain my flower beds. But management is in the flower bed removing my plants and flowers. Today I came home to only my unit with piles of mulch just sitting there. They mulched my front flowers and left a mess. No one else has this Mess, just me! If your a single female, ladies just use caution. He will just show up at your house, no notice or warning, you do not need to let him in your house. Jerry speaks to non deeded members of the unit (my child) about issues that are intended for deeded members. He has no authority to speak with non deeded members. Will I recommend Gervin Management, nope never. The shady stuff that continues to go on with this management. A few years ago, when I was speaking with the owner of Gervin, Jerry, he made a comment about women and being taller than him, it was the way it was said. I stand 5'5", not tall but definitely taller than him. So, I've come to the conclusion, if you're taller than Jerry, who is a short shit, you'll have problems.
