They advertise their "wonderful customer service", but when you call their hotline, they simply kick you out without even giving the option of waiting for a representative. The automated recording tells you to chat with one of their helpful representatives online - only that there is no actual live chat on their website ... Quite frankly, I would recommend not to become a customer. Over the years, I had two cases of loss. After the first, the insurance company was trying all it could to not having to compensate me. After the second, it cancelled the contract. That says it all. read more
