I went to drive thru ATM, transaction was processed but no money came out of the atm but was withdrawn from my account. My card was also stuck. I went inside credit union & was informed that the credit union isn't responsible for the drive thru atms. I had to contact my credit union to put in a dispute. Went back to my car and my card finally came out but still no money. Why have an atm on your property that you can't control???? read more

The line moves slow and the coin machine doesn't always work, and sometimes one of drive-thru atms doesn't work.

This bank sucks.. On 5/9/2024 their ATM's was malfunctioning and took some people bank cards.. Y'all need to service Yall ATM's properly. Of course I went to the bank when they opened and they couldn't retrieve any of the cards. read more

pathetic customer service by the front desk. I went there with my Husband for a branch visit for our joint account which by the way i got an email that i have to visit branch for additional document. Unfortunately, after 23 yrs with the credit union, my personal experience with trying to get a line of credit turned out to be a terrible experience.. They call you a loyal customer, but the minute they determine your of no benefit to their institution, they made me feel like garbage! In this day and age of hacking being a common thing, Wescom online portal still has no 2FA. My laundry room portal has 2FA but my bank does not? Really, what site does not have this option today? Missing such a crucial security protocol is a big no-no and is making me move away from them. read more

Credit Union Account Holder Here! My experience was with the Outside ATM Machine. I didn't need to go on the inside for any reason. I made a deposit and went on about my day. Just wanna mention how helpful Carrie Jackson was the two times I had to go there. I was having issue with my loan people regards my saving account statement. Carrie was very helpful. She spoke to them on the phone explaining how the saving statement does not generate every month if there's no movement and provided me with the necessary documents. My son was recently hacked through Zelle. After Wescom's "investigation" they found that the $1500 withdrawn from his account to be "correct".! BULLSHIT. Wescom you offer the Zelle app on your site. I find it hard to believe that their is NO WAY for you all to find out what happened to his account, and for the funds to be refunded. I am beyond upset. My "grammar" May be off. But I'm sure you get the point. And may I add, you all at wescom did not even offer the next step process if we felt like your decision was not suf *after America {I think her name was}... called me back. She implied that my kid was not telling the truth. That WESCOM'S investigation was correct. I don't even know how she looked up my son's account because she did not ask for permission , just as the hacker did not. I called my son who was home sleeping because he works overnight{merged the call to allow him to speak} he began telling her what happened. She felt the need to keep going over their resolution. My son said "Mom they are not going to believe me. It is a learning experience. She did not hear anything I said". I agreed for all of an hour and his calm response flew right over my head. So WESCOM since the transaction came from his phone, which I know it did not. PLEASE I need an answer on how you all got that information. Love this Wescom in particular. I had always gone to some of the other ones but one day i was in a hurry, and went to this one. It's very clean and the tellers are all so friendly and helpful. I even had some papers notarized and they went far and beyond to assist me. Here's something you'll never see at a bank, they have a bathroom! I have never seen a bathroom in a bank. I never post a review but my experience with this branch keeps getting worse and worse. The lines are constantly out the door yet it always seems as if no one is actually working. Literally about 8 employees and only 2 working with customers. ATM machines ALWAYS down and today I come in to get a new debt card and the machine as apparently been down since Saturday (today is Monday). I've been to all branches and this one is just the worst. I would say there's no point of it being there if it wasn't for the fact that it's the only one located in the "hood" which I guess explains why they have let the service become abysmal. read more

Wescom is the best credit union around. This location is conveniently located by the freeway for easy access when u need to leave. The staff here is very friendly and always willing to help. I've financed several cars through them without any problems. For the most part every time I've waited to see the teller the wait has been short or only a few mins. read more

Its very frustrating when you call and the representative is debating with you about when your direct deposit is available or not. Direct deposit funds are instantly available. They charged me several fees one of which is called a maintenance fee.. because they no longer honor direct deposits, or estatements as a signature member.. they charged me and i never recieved notice of this fee.. During the pandemic and due to the problem with getting enough money for rent, etc I am one of many living paycheck to paycheck. I was late paying my Visa bill but I paid but because I was late aside from the excess charges(penalties) they cancel my overdraft and now I find out I don't qualify for Zelle which would of helped me pay my rent because my landlord holds the check FOREVER, even with me paying him on 1st of month he waits sometimes till the 10th to deposit which means other checks are trying to clear. I went to the Thousand Oaks Wescom after hour ATM to make a deposit today. The ATM deposit button would not work and I still have my check. I will go to Chase Bank to deposit my check into my account there. I may close my account at Wescom that I have had for over 30 years. What a shame! read more
