It's hard to give anything less than 5 stars to a FREE, CLEAN, indoor playground for kids…read more We do not attend this church (although, we have once, if only to experience the beautiful a cappella performance), which makes us all the more thankful that they open their doors to the public multiple times a week. There is plenty of seating for parents and clean restrooms nearby. There is a smaller, enclosed area for babies directly adjacent to the large indoor jungle gym. The playscape is located in the center of the church building. You can park at any entrance of the church in order to access the playscape. Just walk through the doors and toward the center. On a HOT Wednesday at 5pm, we were the only people there. There were a couple of people milling about the church, but not many, and if weren't for the hours being posted on the website I would have thought we made a mistake and showed up at closing. I seem to remember them having a cafe pre-COVID, but it was now closed (temporarily or permanently I'm not sure). I packed bagged dinners for my kids to eat in the car on the way there. I wrapped up a sandwich, chips, and a drink for my husband and I and we enjoyed a mini dinner date while the kids played. Fun for all! Looking at the entrance, you really wouldn't expect the facility to be as big as it is. It is a whole world inside! Especially with the hot summer days upon us, this is a fantastic indoor option for families to beat the heat. Immersive Play: The different themes, characters, and interactive activities make this an absolute paradise for kids. Everything is perfectly child-sized, and there are great photo ops available throughout the entire facility. Comfort for Parents: There are plenty of seats for adults to sit and relax while the kids play. Cleanliness: I loved that the surfaces and equipment look like they can be easily wiped down and disinfected. Staff Visibility: The one strange thing was that I didn't see any workers out on the play floor. For safety reasons, it feels like they really need more eyes on the floor to monitor things. Party Pricing: They host birthday parties here, but at around $25 per person, it feels quite expensive in my opinion. Overall, it's a lovely, engaging facility that the kids will absolutely love. We had a great time exploring!

Place is a trainwreck. I've been here before on less busier days. However, management has decided…read moreto allow teenagers into the play area and they dominate the space. Half of the installations do not work, electronics are not working, broken pieces, very run down and not maintained. For $24 for a child 8 & under, and $12 for 9+ - there is NO value. When you book a timeslot, it's for two hours of playtime, but I can tell you that people are overstaying their window. Then you're basically gaslit into buying a picture with Peppa Pig by the staff with their high pressure sales techniques and they exploit the children's feelings against your better judgment, which makes you pay their astronomical fee for a sub quality photo That's not even clear. Restrooms are filthy - there aren't enough wipes on the planet to be able to counteract the deplorable conditions that we experienced. It's very understaffed they only have two employees working the front desk and the line is out the door, not once did I see an employee inside the play area. My son definitely did not have a good time as he did the last time, and I know it's the parents responsibility to control their children and manage them, but that's part of the problem also.

Hopefully this will help the owner train their managers in customer service. I registered and paid for our team over a month ago and have been trying to contact the organization for the past two weeks. Despite leaving multiple messages, I did not receive a call back from anyone. Finally, on Monday, I spoke with a staff member (who was there working during spring break only) who said she could not assist me directly but would pass along my information for a return call. When I still had not heard back after two days, I called again today. I was informed that the spring schedule was already underway. I clarified that the schedule was supposed to begin this weekend and provided my name. The representative then saw my message and explained that there were not enough teams signed up in the 2017 division. Had I been informed of this sooner, I would have requested that our team be placed in the 2016 division or asked for a refund to explore other options. I spoke with Isahia, the manager, who was very apologetic but stated that he could not resolve the issue. As of now, I have not heard from the Director Daniel. Now I get the pleasure of telling 12 sets of parents that there will be no league for the boys this spring.

This place is an absolute rip-off!!! So overpriced and so disorganized! The staff is almost hostile…read moreand the facility is poorly designed and mismanaged. For the absurd amount of money I had to pay for my young son to play in his flag football league in this facility... I have a right to expect WAYYYY more than what was received. They opened super premature!! All the fans/parents have basically been sitting on the floor or bringing our own chairs. They currently have a "one parent per player" policy which leaves all other relatives and spectators waiting for them to get their camera system up an running... a promised amenity that I'm not holding my breathe for. As far as the poor design... all the "stands" enter and exit all into one area at the entrance exit so anytime a game is letting out its complete chaos. In the middle of this poorly designed chaos... the staff is either ignorant or belligerent. Today I saw one of the "staff" people named "Christian" (who's mom apparently runs the place) yell at a coach for opening a door to help keep his players safe. Apparently Christian was in charge of opening the door and was not happy that someone overstepped his authority. He was so passive aggressive in yelling at the coach. I was embarrassed for him and upset that he didn't see that the coach was looking out for the safety of the young boys. Overall... save your money and go find another place to play... or rather... don't play at all and put your money in the garbage... it would be a better investment. I will never have any of my kids associated with any league that chooses to play here again. Such a waste of money.
