I then had an issue with both of my openers, and although it took a bit to get them replaced (I had approached him on the street to talk about my issue, and he had forgotten to follow up...but it was my mistake to approach him that way just because he happens to live close by). Anyway, I continued to have some door problems, but I just found out that a neighbor's kid's ball had bounced inside my garage and knocked the lights out of alignment, and the kid never fessed up 'til now...which had caused my issues! So, Fowler did the right thing after having done fantastic work in the first place. I owe him an apology, and I offer it here.
