Tasty options! I'll admit I like sweet iced coffee drinks when I'm craving coffee and used to drink a lot of Red Bull drinks. Now I drink coffee once in a while. I love their Espresso shakes it's a bended espresso with ice cream+. I get Caramel and White Mocha. Frappuccino who!? So much better and actually has espresso and not syrupy watered down coffee. Worth having the caffeine, dairy and sugar! My grandma really liked their peach smoothie she said it taste like she was drinking a peach! I used to get redbull lemonades. Not sure if they still add sparkling water. I preferred them without it, and my fav flavor syrups and lemonade. I used to be hooked lol. I don't drink caffeine a lot currently so I don't go often but glad to know they're serving something I could crave for! The baristas are always friendly, and pleasant. Solid location near Alki Beach for a cup java, ice cold drink or lattes. My friend invited me to join him for drinks before enjoying the view on Alki Beach and getting our Vitamin D. The staff is super friendly, easy parking, and has a wonderful patio next to the stand to sit, enjoy your drink, and take advantage of being outside chillaxtion with the homies on the west side. For a quick and convenient place to stop to grab a caffeinated beverage, this place is great. It is a little espresso stand right on the side of the road you can pull in the drive through or walk up whenever you please. They have an interesting Redbull concoction that they make, I've had friends get it but myself have not yet. I come here every day for my coffee, and it is always perfection! They serve the best white mochas (made with super yummy ghiridelli which chocolate). The girls all know how to make my coffee, prices are great, and service is excellent. I always use the drive-thru, but there is a little side patio with chairs that I always see guests enjoying. I have to say the coffee is good although they've make it wrong about 40% of the time. My complaint is the customer service. There is one girl is consistency very rude. She really seems to not want to be making coffee. The little blonde girl is a doll. Love her. The brunette is very rude. Don't think I'll go here any longer. With the coffee mess ups and bad customer service id rather go to Starbucks even though I prefer to go to a small business. I hope you start to treat your customers nicer. read more

I've been dropping in at West Bay for about a year or so. Everyone I've met is quite friendly, though different, and I do my best to be very friendly in return. I've had some really stellar, above-average conversations with the baristas. Occasionally the owner will be in, making the drinks, and without pretense. She makes excellent coffee and conversation and is as friendly as the other baristas. The price point is hard to beat, and the roast on the coffee is smooth and consistent. That alternative "milks" are good quality. I've probably had about 300 coffees from West Bay, and only 1 time was it ever made incorrectly--and it still tasted marvelous. The barista immediately insisted on remaking it for me but I declined because it was delicious. I read some other older reviews that say this drive-through espresso stand is similar to other drive-bys, but I completely disagree. I know what they mean, many drive-bys make very subpar coffee, bad coffee for cheap. That is not West Bay at all; the coffee drinks are as good as I've gotten from Ladro, C & P, definitely Starbucks, Big Foot. The only pace I like as much as West Bay is Vivace on Broadway, but even they can be inconsistent and it's quite pricey. You get the idea. After working all night five nights a week, it's a nice reward to swing by West Bay in the morning. read more
