For only two painters, they were able to complete the work in the timeframe we were quoted, which was great. However, there were a few communication and cleanup issues that prevented this from being a 5-star experience. As a military family, we were grateful for the military discount provided by the project manager, Fermin. He was highly professional, communicative, and even included a few complimentary touch-ups, like refreshing our light fixtures and painting the side garage door. Unfortunately, property care at the end of the project fell short. The crew removed our security camera bases to ensure an even paint job but didn't notify us where they were placed. We had to search our yard and eventually found them stashed inside our outdoor cat house and a flower bed. Additionally, the side garage door weatherstripping was removed for painting and left off. Even if the crew intentionally left it off to allow the paint to dry completely, failing to communicate that instruction to us, left us to figure it out and reinstall it ourselves. The painting itself deserves praise, and the project manager provided our full paid receipt and warranty information as requested. However, better attention to detail regarding communication and final cleanup is needed. We were happy to support a business in the Inland Empire.

We had a large wood deck that we never used (yet maintained), so we decided to replace it with a smaller deck. We wanted more patio space for raised veggie beds. We decided to build the new deck with Timbertech materials and we hired Tobias and his crew from West Coast Carpentry and Paint to do the project. When Tobias looked at the project and the drawings we gave him, he actually made suggestions for changes that resulted in a much better design! In addition to building the deck, West Coast Carpentry replaced old siding behind the deck and the door and window trims. We found Tobias and his crew to be professional, punctual, reliable, and honest. Tobias checked in with us multiple times during the building process to make sure we were all "on the same page." We wanted to have an old deck around our spa replaced and have a vinyl fence installed around the pool equipment. The first quotes from the larger decking companies seemed to be incredibly high. Tobias and his team did a great job on our deck! Demo'd the old tile surface, repaired damaged deck sheeting and waterproofed with new textured surface. Then gave the rest of the deck a tune up from repairing old trim, re-staining the ceiling on the underside, to painting the structure, spiral staircase and railing. Stayed on the project until it was complete and kept up communication daily to keep us in the loop. Would definitely work with him again!! read more

After tolerating several different fencing companies and the variety of job estimates, we were…read morepleasantly surprised when we met Josh Tucker of AJM Construction. A Company that his father founded over 40 years ago, providing a variety of construction services. Josh made an appointment within a few days and was extremely professional and knowledgeable in providing an estimate via email the same day. The terms of partial payments were in accordance with State Contractors law and regulations. I mention this because we had two estimates that wanted 50% or more up front which is a huge flag and also illegal. Having a shared rear yard fence replacement done means coordinating with your neighbors. Josh was easily agreeable in meeting with our neighbors at their convenience and providing separate billing invoices for the shared costs. After scheduling almost 3 1/2 weeks later we had an installation date. Suddenly I was hospitalized and this meant my wife was very busy. I felt confident, as did she, having Josh and his crew go ahead with the work without any immediate supervision from us. For the 3 1/2 days the crew worked incredibly well in making sure everything was handled. This was a great relief to both my wife and I. Another plus was Josh and his crew handling everything. With Josh on site each day, they removed the old wooden fence, trimmed tree branches that were obstructing the new fence line, and chipped out the older post concrete. The post holes were widened, new pressure treated posts set, followed by new concrete poured to above grade to prevent wood rot. With the string line up, new redwood fencing was assembled after being primed. Once up, the fence was painted with two additional coats of two different paints. White for my neighbors to match his side fences and an off white matching our stucco retaining wall below the fence line planter. Great care was taken by the crew to cover all plant life and trees from paint and damage. We would highly recommend Josh and his family business for any of your Construction needs. The crew of Josh, Trinidad, and Alberto were extremely clean, professional, kind and thorough in their work on our fence and surrounding property.

Lester is very responsive and reasonable…read more Lester is a true professional who is very punctual with a team behind him, so no worries on his operation being a one man shop (it isn't). His team also carries a lot of experience. The craftsmanship of their work is amazing. Originally Lester visited our new home, and provided a quote to demo our existing railing, and wood steps. He then installed one inch oak on each step, and did iron work and custom railing. The railing was very interesting to see done, as they make it onsite, its individual pieces of wood glued together and bent with clamps. We also had custom gates done for our little kiddo. There was a total of four gate, as we have dual stairs within our house. By the way, both stairs were done by 3D Stairs! Once the installation is done on the steps and railing - he has a painting crew come onsite to paint and stain. After that is done, the iron is installed. We had them stain the wood to match our wood flooring (they're open to staining the wood to a desired color of choice). A project like ours takes an estimated ten days from start to finish. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking to revamp your stairs, and railing. Also, after talking to Lester, I learned that he and his crew also do wainscoting! So they can really help enhance your home.

LCG came in and quickly provided a quote for our new home that desperately needed a facelift. The turn around was so quick and they even did some more work that wasn't in the original quote for a reasonable price. Huge recommendations from our loving home! We already had several friends and family who have used their service and they love the outcome! Our flooring, kitchen, fireplace, and bathroom is night and day from the original owners to more of a contemporary living space. Will definitely use these services again!!
