Extremely disappointed with my experience. A crib from my registry was delivered by UPS and left leaning against my garage door. When I opened the door, the 110-pound box fell -- it could've caused serious injury or damaged my garage door. Just minutes later, a hailstorm hit and since I'm 7 months pregnant, I wasn't able to move it myself. The package was completely soaked. I sent photos and videos yesterday showing the box wet and damaged, but West Coast Kids is now refusing to help, saying they need more "evidence" and won't even open an investigation with UPS because the box is now dry. It feels like they're just trying to avoid any accountability. What's worse is I was told that when you pay the high delivery fees, no signature is needed because any damages are covered -- clearly that's not true. People are spending hundreds of dollars and expecting decent service, and this was the complete opposite. I'll be making sure no one I know sets up a registry with West Coast Kids. This experience was incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. read more

This company follows an archaic no return policy even if the product was never used. For first time parents, this policy is simply ridiculous. I purchased my Babyletto nursery furniture from Westcoast Kids. I had seen a picture of the crib and chest of drawers online and I had to have it for my baby. The store's display of this set included a change table. In fact, almost all the crib set displays had a change table on top of the corresponding chest of drawers . The change tables are not shown with a change pad inserted into them and as a new mommy, I thought that my baby would sit inside the table. I paid in store and the sales staff said that I should purchase the change pad along with the table and so I did. I had to wait weeks before I could pick up the change table. When I finally put it together I realized that baby sits above the casing of the change table instead of inside the change table. Perhaps some feel comfortable with this sort of arrangement to change their babies. However, I do not feel as though it is safe. Moreover, I feel like I was misled by the way in which the stores display the product. In the store, the change tables are used as placeholder for items such as books and stuffed animal. Yet, they are promoted as a spot to change a baby. The photos below show the displays of various change tables in one of the locations. None of them shows the change pad insert. Westcoast refuses to allow a store credit despite the fact that I have never and will never use the change table and pad. I will never shop at a Westcoast store again and if you are thinking about shopping there , I assure you that they are certainly not a trendy place when it comes to treating new moms and dads with compassion, understanding, or respect for differing views on what is and isn't okay for their precious baby. I am certain that one may find many brand sold in these stores elsewhere. And I highly enco shoppers to take the money earmarked for your baby somewhere else. read more

Please train your staff better!!! I don't normally write reviews, especially negative ones, but I hope this will alert hiring managers and help give them the push to change company practices. I really wanted to love Westcoast Kids, and even registered for our baby shower with them. I love that they are a local business and I wanted to support that idea, but the staff at the store, other than a select few, are not attentive or informed enough. I used to work in a baby store, so I am familiar with how service heavy the job is, but more often than not, when I would return to the store to ask about products, the staff were not enthusiastic or even that informed. I felt like I had to do my own research. The biggest issue though and why I am writing this review is that I ordered a Monte chair months ago, and it still hasn't arrived. The lead time isn't a huge drawback, considering we are living in COVID times and it is made to order, but the fact that the staff could not find the purchase and struggled to even find my order, and failed to let me speak to a manager was super off putting. This is one of the most expensive purchases I've made ($1000+) and the service definitely does NOT match the price tag. I should've just bought directly from the manufacturer. Finally, although the merchandising is nice in store, the items aren't that different from Buy Buy Baby and other big box stores. Their customer service team over the phone (not in store) is super helpful, but otherwise, I'd skip buying from here. Their online website is slow to load and the experience of shopping there is so painful, my husband and I cringe thinking about returning to store though we will have to when our chair finally arrives. I have to agree with Alicia D on this store. The customer service here plain sucks. Being a newer store, you would think that every employee's smile counts and that helping your customer is understandably part of your job. Nope, not here. I went in as a friend of mine had registered for her baby shower here. Lots of people working, just no one doing any greeting, asking if anyone needs help or much of anything really. I had never been in here before and found it to be a huge place, if not sparsely stocked, And what was stocked was SO expensive! It seems to be good quality items but still - why are babies' things so costly? Anyways, I was armed with my registry list and had to grit my teeth for over 2 hours on my own while I picked a few items that I hoped were the correct things, that made sense together that were affordable. Honestly, the staff clusters at the front desk chatting amongst themselves and I have to tell you that in a store such as this, they should really get more involved in their customers' experience. They were not approachable at all. It could be a really fun store to experience and they could sell a heck of a lot more if they would put some effort into it. I would have loved an opinion on what I was choosing as I do not have kids of my own. I left with my purchases, (unthanked) and I wished at the end that I had gone to my friend's other registry choice, Babies R Us. Where to start with this place? First time and most likely only time I will go in this store. Went in with my little guy to go look for a gift for a friend and new baby. Wandered around to see the type of items they do have. Spotted two staff members wo were more interested in chatting with each other than with me? So wandered around a bit more hoping for at least a hello or acknowledgement. No such luck. Looked at some baby items and noticed the prices were very high. More so than the average baby/kids boutique. Wandered around a bit more. The two staff members stopped talking, gave me a sneer and went back to chatting with each other. My queue to leave and go spend my money else where on a gift. As a mother myself and a person who shops for kids items often, I can't say I have encountered such attitude. No idea why exactly? The store wasn't busy at all and for a person who has never been in this store, it surely didn't give me a great impression that they value customers or providing service? Left and went to Toys R Us. They have plenty or baby/kids items, reasonable priced and staff that at least like to help or at least say hi. Sorry won't be giving this place a second chance. We purchased some great furniture for our kids and spent a lot of money...but yet, the service was horrible! This place has so much potential...but the staff and customer service really needs improvement before I would recommend to friends. An example of one of our many experiences is when we ordered a nursing chair, it took 16 weeks before they would look into our order and determine the status of the chair for us. We called and dropped into the store a dozen times prior to inquire...but their lazy staff would tell us to be patient...it takes 12+ weeks. Never even looked into our file! By the 16th week, they finally returned our call and told us they don't know when the chair will arrive and we shouldn't complain because other people have been waiting 3x longer.... Can you believe that? Why would they sell me a product that has been on back order for months prior to us ordering??? Very disappointed with how they treat current and potential customers. Poor staff, management, and overall customer experience. If I could have found the same furniture elsewhere...I would not have purchased anything from West Coast Kids. read more

Worst customer service Ever. I ordered from their website, they mention that the order takes 2-3 weeks. It's has been 6 weeks with no update. They refused to refund me so I could order somewhere else. I sent multiple emails with no response. I even suggested to change my order to whatever they have in stock, with no response either. Very disappointed by this company/ management.( south location) We went to the store to buy different baby items and we had to wait 40 min outside in the snow, at the door. You have to " check in" by sending a text message and you could wait in the car but there were no parking spots and you have to park further, so you couldn't really wait in the car. You are staying in line at the door thinking that you will be next and then boom 2-3 cars with 5-6 members are showing up and going in. You don't even have any idea how many people are in front of you. You could see outside in the snow only pregnant ladies! You finally make your way in and the stuff is coming to you, or looking at you as if you are there to tear the stuff apart. I asked for a car seat that was all the way up and the stuff barely wanted to take it down trying to push the items from the floor. We finally got a stroller, car seat and bassinet and we went to the back to load the items and surprise they gave us the wrong items. We didn't realized this until we got home and unloaded the things. Next day we had to go back to get the items that we paid for. We finally got our items, we got home and we started to put the stroller together and we realized that the stroller's basket was missing. Calling them and they are telling us to wait a couple of months/ weeks until the manufacture company will send them one. I said "no" and then they tried to push the one from the floor. My husband got there and like a miracle a new basket showed up inside their store. The guy that helped us felt so sorry for us coming back and dealing with all their mess and he tried to give us a gift card but the management said " NO". After spending a good couple of hundreds in their store and after dealing with all their b.... I think the management could do something to make the customers happy. Definitely the last time when I put my foot inside that store. And guys check your items before leaving the store! read more

DON'T SHOP AT THE NORTH STORE- GO SOUTH! I went to echildren/ westcoast kids and i bought $1500.00 worth of car seats not to mention $65.00 in seat protectors for under the car seats from the south store (on 71ave) this weekend. they only had two of the three seats in stock so they kindly offered to call the north store and see if they had stock there. i was willing to go as i was in a hurry to get the seats installed. since they had the car seat in at the north store we drove there to pick it up. mind you the north store is no where near where we live or where we shop- when we got there we spoke with a sales person and explained the that we had bought the seats at the south store and was there to pick one of them up. i also had with me one of the seat protectors i had just bought the day before that was faulty and confirmed that i did not want a refund just another like it- how uncomfortable it was when the sales lady opened the box and expected it like i had done something to it or stole it (even though i had my receipt and it was new out of the box) i had then asked if it were possible to have my twin and triplets discount applied as i had forgotten to ask for it at the south store. she went and got the manager- the manager was very cold and unprofessional. first off there was no eye contact or consideration. it as though she was coming into our conversation with a chip on her shoulder and ready for battle- it was weird. she right off the bat said she needed to see my twins and triplet card which i did not have on me at the time and she continued saying with out hesitation we cannot help you with out it- i mentioned to her i was a regular at the south store. she said sorry i cannot help you with out it shrugged her shoulders and said have a good day and walked away. she never offered to verify me with the south store, find out if was a regular or even extend any sort of help or customer service to me or my family. if she had made the effort she would have known that in the last 6 yrs i have purchased 8 high end car seats, three nook mattresses and nook play matts, strollers and the very expensive list goes on as i have never shopped anywhere else- i have never in all the years that i have been shopping at echildren/ westcoast kids have been treated so insignificant and like my contribution to the store was of no matter -ever! you would think that a little costumer service would not be so bad to extend to a very loyal consumer. if it weren't to the high quality service to we get at the south store i would not ever go back to echildren/ westcoast kids again. next time i'll wait for the seat to come in at the south store even if it takes a month as i will never go back to the north store again nor will i recommend anyone to the north store either! read more

Staff and management who follow rigid corporate policies, which prevent them from making decisions that make good sense to keep customers happy. They may have high-end goods but their service is definitely far from it. Because of this I choose not to shop at Westcoast Kids again, nor would I recommend them to friends/family. I purchased a Keekaroo peanut changer from Westcoast Kids on sale. I ended up changing my mind on the colour. I went back to the store to do an exchange with receipt (the changer was never used, opened, in its original packaging, and it is within the timeframe set by their policy for exchange). I was told the exchange had to be done in two separate transactions: refund the changer and then I would re-buy. This means I would lose the discount I had originally purchased it for. I asked the manager if she could honour the discount, because it was simply an exchange that would not cause them to lose a sale or create extra inventory. She said there was nothing she could do about it. I e-mailed corporate customer service to provide feedback about this policy and their response was less than favourable. They reiterated this was policy, and made no attempt to explain why this policy is in place, nor try to come-up with a solution that may have made me happy. I am surprised how rigid their policies are. They just lost a customer over $22. Buyer beware! read more

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This store will not stand behind any of their products. We went to return an inflatable bed that had inflation issues from day one. The website (and west coast kids staff) convinced us this product was suitable for "more than occasional use". It lost air every night. The company who produces this product stated on the instructions it was normal for it lose a small amount of air with pressure changes, temp changes in the house etc. eventually the problem got worse and we investigated to find holes everywhere at seam points. Unfortunately according to Westcoast kids, they can only return for refund the product no later than 48hrs after purchase. I wish I had known this. They will not stand by this product. This is not the first time we have had poor service at these stores. It seems to be endemic to the chain as I have been in both stores in Calgary and one in Edmonton with the same results. Rude service. Being the only family in the store with no help from the multiple staff on shift. Also, the air of pretension from the staff in these stores is omnipresent. I can't believe this place is still in business. My wife and I went to Westcoast Kids in Beacon Heights (the north store) to look for a second stroller. We were standing around for many minutes and a few sales ladies walked right past us without offering any help. One older lady standing by the computer in the stroller section had a "I can't be bothered" look. For such a supposedly "high end" store, I feel there's better customer service at Wal-Mart. The only thing that's preventing me from giving this store one star is that the greeter at the door (Asian girl) when we came in was very nice. read more

This place is ridiculous. Expect rock-bottom customer service, and flat out dangerous return policies that you wont be told about. You can test the customer service - just give them a call with a few questions in mind and see if the individual you speak to gives you the feeling that you'd like to spend your money here. My wife goes to buy a crib. Furniture was on sale this particular weekend, and she was pressured to buy a matching dresser that she asked about as it was the last one in stock (no mention that you can order anything you want that isn't in stock, anytime). After getting the dresser home she realizes it really wasn't the style she wants and goes back to exchange. She is told the dresser is final sale.. two days later, and in an unopened box. She was looking to exchange it, not even for a full refund - which by the way any other store would give you in that timeframe, with an unopened item. Nobody tells you something is final sale when you buy it.. when I called to complain - I'm told "we had signs up around the store". We will not be setting up a registry with these guys. If I step foot in their shop again it will be to look at their stuff so I can go buy it elsewhere or online for far less. They've got some cool, well made goods here no doubt. They are the ONLY store that won't allow returns even if it's UNOPENED. My wife ordered a car seat from the Calgary store but it wasn't available there so we had to get it shipped from Toronto.....directly to our house.....by UPS who had the wrong address. So we had to go collect it. This is after waiting 3 weeks. So now not only do we not know how well that package has been cared for we have since been gifted a similar seat by friends so we no longer need it. West coast kids in Calgary had failed to to tell my wife upon purchasing this seat that there is a no returns policy. I have left several reviews about west coast kids and this situation on social media sites such as Facebook and instagram and they have now blocked me. Goes to show what kind of company they are. The poor rating is for the delivery services set up by West Coast Kids - I bought baby furniture and it had to be delivered at home since it was coming from the warehouse. Today they delivered the three large items. However, the delivery services left our furniture at the driveway. I am visible pregnant and cannot put the items in the house. How am I to move these items INSIDE by myself?? WCK staff at time of purchase did not inform me my items will be left outside. I am very upset and annoyed. The driver stated he is part of a trucking company - not a delivery company. From a customer point of view - What is the point of having delivery if you cannot have them actually put the item in the house? and more importantly, why do you have such a service for baby furniture??? Be like Ikea and do not offer this option so I am clear in my expectation. I had no one else to help and more importantly, I have never dealt with a furniture company that does NOT deliver inside the house. I had to pay someone to move my furniture into my house. Okay.. Where do I begin.. West coast kids has the potential to be an amazing specialty baby store but what wrecks it all for them is there under knowledgeable can't do wrong sales and management. Holy cow I have never been in a store that treats shoppers with such disregard. It's so unfortunate as this store has lots of neat items for the little people in your life. I will add one of my experiences here, I went in with my two littles in tow, anyone with kids knows how hard it is to do a quick trip when your taking your monsters with you. Well this trip I knew what I needed and had it priced out and all. I walked in rounded up my 3 year old multiple times until a staff member came over to help. I told her I needed this exact model of part for my stroller to attach my car seat to. Well she then questions if I know which part to get goes and asks another staff member, then brings me back a box with the supposed part. In my chaos of being a mother I pay for it and drive home. When I get home I pull out the part go to attach it to my stroller and woops they gave me the wrong part. Obviously if they would have listened to the part I needed and told them this wouldn't have happened so anyways off to the store I go again. I get inside once again am chasing down my super excited 3 year old and begin to tell the lady at the cash that she gave me the wrong part. She then calls the manager which comes over no smiles no apologies and looks at the box then looks at me and says " nope this is the right part".. Hmm okay is she seriously telling me I'm wrong!?? I begin to tell her no this is for the other stroller model not mine, same big brand name but wrong model of stroller.. She then gets huffy and all miserable about this and tries to tell me that I am still wrong. I then had to tell her no go get this "model" part.. So she does and comes back and surprise surprise it's the one I need. She doesn't say a word to me no "I'm sorry " or anything just looks at one of her employees and says " we need to start labelling these boxes better" okay first off if she would have read the whole front of the box it says this wasn't for my model of stroller. It made me mad that she blamed this on her staff. Ridiculous and she walked away with nothing else being said. Ugh please people save yourself these terrible experiences and go to Kacz Kids which have all the same things and have the greatest most helpful staff. read more

I try and try to shop here but they make it so hard! First time in we were ignored, 3 staff walked by us so we went elsewhere for our car seat. Second time, slightly more helpful but 12 weeks to get the stroller we wanted (final sale and warranty started from purchase date) so we bought online and had delivered for free in two days with great return policy. Went back again to look for stroller clips (on their website), sales person looked quickly and told us "Ya I don't think we have those". So once again, ordered online but this time on their website. Order placed...only to notice that the item has to be verified in stock at one of their stores and your "order" really isn't an order. Then got a call that shipping wasn't calculating right that day and it would be $14 to ship a $20 set of clips ("Ya shipping is expensive", said the rep) . No thank you....cancelled the order and once again will be buying elsewhere. It's too bad. They have beautiful stuff and could do so much better, store is packed every time I'm there. I will not be purchasing anything from this store. Although it's attractive and has beautiful stock, I spend my money where I recieve good customer service. After receiving a 4moms Mommaroo for my shower (totalling about $400), I called for help when the handle cracked. I was told I have to call manufacturer which was a nightmare. I understand this is their policy but for the amount people spend on products from their store, I would expect someone to help guide through the process or advocate for their customer. Thanks goodness I was relentless and didn't accept the Canadian distributors suggestions (which would have cost me $100 to replace the handle). Instead after a couple months and amazingly customer service From the American side of the 4moms company, I got it replaced free. But this was with no help from WCK. Beautiful store but did not meet my expectations as a customer. Unfortunately after speaking with many friends who have purchased items from WCK, this is a regular occurrence. read more

Awesome selection of baby/kids items....higher end and sometimes pricier than competitors but they do price match and if you watch for sales you can usually get what you want at a discount. I prefer to shop here versus other big box stores because of the convenient location/parking and knowledgable staff. Was just there recently buying a convertible car seat and they recommended Peg Perego based on my needs/vehicle size....super happy with the purchase (have owned Britax and Maxi Cosi in the past and are glad they suggested the Peg as its my favourite car seat we've owned thus far). read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The women who work here are the most pretentious women I have ever met in my life. I only come to west coast when I absolutely need something, if I didn't need it right away I would just buy it online. These women must really hate their lives, why else would they be 50+ working in retail. When you go to a children's store you want to be greeted by younger women who ultimately kind of know what you need because they have kids too. They might sell high end gear, but they absolutely don't have high end service. I went to West Coast kids in order to purchase a carseat for my son. I was directed to a sales associate who worked in this department, and spent considerable time with her learning about the various models of carseats sold here. After many questions and careful consideration, I allowed myself to be upsold from the base model to the higher end model due to information provided by staff. Because carseats come in big brown cardboard boxes, it wasn't until I got home and cut the tape and saw the new carseat that I realized what I was told that I was buying and what I actually bought were two different things. When I called West Coast Kids to remedy the issue, they refused to take any responsibility whatsoever. I was unable to make an exchange, get a refund, or offered a store credit to cover the difference in cost between the base model and the carseat that I was sold. Even worse, West Coast Kids didn't even have the courtesy to offer an apology, leading me to believe that this issue will not be addressed with staff. Instead, the sales associate on the other end of the line blamed for not knowing more about the product that I purchased, insinuating that I should not have assumed that their staff knew about the product that they were selling. My experience at this store has me wondering why I would ever waste my time to go into a box store when I can get the same products delivered to my house for the same cost or less. Terrible customer service, zero professionalism, and completely inconsistent/non-existent store policy. I am shocked this store is still in business. I registered there for my baby shower, and received almost $1000 worth of merchandise as a group gift from my work colleagues - a huge purchase. I opened what was packaged and labeled as a crib sheet and found that it was actually a change pad cover, so obviously I went back to the store to explain the mistake in packaging, and exchange it for an actual crib sheet. Well, this is where things went terribly wrong. The lady at the cash register gave me a suspicious look and got her manager. Her manager then took a look at the receipt and asked if I had also received the matching change pad cover. I told her "yes, I registered for an aqua blue change pad cover, and an aqua blue crib sheet. But, I ended up with two aqua blue change pad covers because what should have been a crib sheet was actually a change pad cover. It must have been mis-packaged or something." She then told me she couldn't do the exchange until she saw the other change pad cover. So basically, she wanted me to prove to her that I hadn't just taken the change pad cover, stuffed it in the crib sheet package, and tried to pretend it had been mis-packaged so that I could get another crib sheet, but for the cost of a change pad cover. I hardly even knew how to respond to such an offensive suggestion. I told her that I wasn't trying to scam their store into getting a crib sheet for the price of a change pad cover. I told her to take look at the receipt, and said that after having spent almost $1000 (which wasn't even my money!) did she really think I would try to scam their store for less than a $10 difference? I told her if I was really trying to scam them, I wouldn't have said anything about the mis-packaging in the first place! I would have just exchanged it as though it was actually a crib sheet, and the next poor sucker who opened what they thought was a crib sheet would get to deal with same ordeal as me. I asked what kind of store policy requires you to prove anything about other purchases on the receipt? Did she honestly expect me to go all the way back home, get the other change pad cover, drive back to the store and show it to her - proving that I did in fact receive two change pad covers, one of which was mis-packaged and should have been a crib sheet. Obviously, she was unable to provide me with any sort of written store policy to back her insane request. After my husband and I argued with her about everything, she finally agreed to just do the exchange... After this ridiculous experience I will never ever shop there again, and I tell every person possible to avoid them as well. I can only imagine the amount of business they've lost from their brutal customer service. Almost every review is negative. They also don't even have a way for customers to formally file a complaint. IT DESERVES NO STARS... NEVER SHOP AT WESTCOAST KIDS - CALGARY SOUTH. There have only been a few times in my life where I have felt so ripped off by a store/company that I have been compelled to take the time to write a public post regarding my experience in order to save others from the same potential turmoil. But this is a perfect example of why some places should go out of business. I have had very few positive experiences with Westcoast kids in Calgary, but for some reason have returned time and time again with my business giving them another shot to redeem themselves, but today was the last straw. Over a 3 months ago I ordered a car seat converter for my bugaboo stroller for the arrival of our second child this past week. I have called a few times to check on the status of the order, with the same response provided that - "it hadn't arrived yet and they would call once it had." The day before I was due to have our baby I asked to speak to a manager to see if there was anything that could be done in order to speed up my order, to which she replied "Oh actually, sorry this product is discontinued..." WHAT, and you're telling me this now, how long has your store known? "Well over a month they said, but we had one come in for you and then accidently sold it to someone else..." Sorry. Awesome, so the day before I am having baby and need the seat converter you are telling me there are no options to fit my car seat and my stroller together. They were able to get one thing right in this situation, they found me a converter floor model in Edmonton and got it shipped down. Problem is, it didn't quite fit my seat. ARG. A few days later we went into the store and bought a car seat which we thought would work with the stroller/converter set we had. Our fault for sure, but it didn't either. We returned within 12hrs with the new car seat, unused, boxed up in original packaging with our reciept - and guess what, they would not take the car seat back. Saying that no one would buy it now that it had left the store!! Eventhough there was no way of knowing that.I realize there are liabilities with car seats, but are you kidding me. If ever there was a time to make an exception, the is likely it. They could care less and essentially told us it was our problem. They also said, well car seats are final sales - but please show me one sign that says this in the store and or would it not be appropriate to have told us this when we purchased the seat? In addition to our car seat challenge, I had ordered a bugaboo stroller cup holder that I was told had arrived, but they would keep it in store until I picked up the converter I had ordered too. Well guess what, they sold that on me as well. So 0 for 3 Westcoast Kids, you continue to surprise me with your shitty customer services, high prices and customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor - DO NOT shop there or let anyone you know shop there either. read more

Back a couple of weeks ago we visited the Calgary west store to pick out a crib for our son and daughter in law but didn't buy it at the time so that we could discuss whether it was what they wanted. We ordered it by phone later that day. We drove back to the store this morning from Canmore (about an hour away) to pick it up only to find out that the one we wanted was the last of its kind, a floor model and it was sold to someone else. Before we got there they decided to change our order to a totally different style of crib which we didn't like. They had a very similar one to what we originally wanted, the only difference being the color. Certainly no issue to us except they now wanted 35% more. The manager was quite short with us and really didn't care about the dilemma that they created for us. Her position was pay the price, period! She seemed happy to provide us with a refund! Considering we are excited grandparents to be this experience was not pleasant. We won't be back and we got home from Calgary we bought a crib online from another company! read more

My husband went in to West coast kids during the boxing work sale to order a diaper bag that I wanted. The lady in the store said they didn't have that one in stock (twelvelittle two tone courage bag) but insisted that they had the exact same model in a different colour. My husband ordered the bag and was not told it was final sale. Nothing was marked as it was not in stock and he did not see the tiny print on the receipt. He picked the item up January 20. It took west coast kids 3 weeks to have the item moved from the Calgary south location to the Calgary north. I received the item for my birthday this week and it is not the same bag. It is a different material, not just colour. It doesn't have the same front pocket and frankly it looks terrible. I drove 35 minutes to exchange the bag for a different one and I was told that it was a final sale. I called my husband to ask and he said neither of the sales associates that pushed this bag on him said it was final sale. I have spent nearly $10,000 at West coast kids in the last year and I am appalled that the company would put in such terrible return policies without informing the customer. read more
