West Coast Land Service is one of the best in the business. In this age of computers and digitization there is still a need to interact with the government and their old school ways. WCLS is able track down the legal owners of the surface, or more importantly, the mineral interest owners. They can manage complex portfolios of leases and always know what is coming up 6-9 months in advance so there is never a possibility of falling behind on a payment or renewal. So you need to trace a title back to the Spanish land grant??? Not many people would be able to even turn that project around, let alone in the time that it would take WCLS.
