I love this clinic!…read more Small clinic with super energetic and friendly staff. This has always been my experience, and I've been here several times. It's hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:15 am-12 noon, 1 pm-3:45 pm. It's best to go during the morning. They are closed from 12 noon to 1 pm so I suggest if you're coming in the afternoon, line up around 12:45 pm to be assured you'll see a doctor by 3:45 pm. It does get fairly busy. They have doctors available for appointments, just give the clinic a call and they will be happy to serve you. Make sure that if it's your first time to come, bring a valid health card and two pieces of ID! There is no t.v in the waiting area, so I suggest to bring something to entertain yourself. The selection of magazines are limited. I live downtown, and this clinic is my go to spot! If you live in the area, you should come here!

I did co-op at one of Appletrees and I worked with people that are going to school to be a nurse and some of them have no knowledge at all, but all of them are so unhappy to work there, they do lots of work and they are janitors at the clinic. The management don't know who they are hiring, they just randomly hire people that they like, the faces change all the time, they are either professional people that are only using Appletree until they are done their school or they just don't have customer service or Medical experience. I only go there if my family doctor is not available, I do try to stay away from that place if I can, until they change the way they manage Appletree, from Human resources to Managers.
