I went here for my first OB GYN experience & I am so glad. I felt very comfortable & they worked very quick with me & put me first. I had to go to the lab for some work & I cannot brag on their lab tech enough, Ms. Darcy. She was so great & knew exactly what to do to make me feel comfortable. 10/10!!!!!! read more

Dr. Grilliot was the most condescending and rude doctor I have ever seen. Any questions I asked were rudely answered by her as she made it a point to try and make me aware and feel as though I was completely ignorant. She literally told me that because I have PCOS that my insides look like "popcorn" and that there was nothing she could do about that. She did however, suggest a surgery to alleviate symptoms I reiterated over and over that I did NOT have. She didn't listen to me once! Out of desperation, I had the surgery which only excaberated my symptoms and added to the original problem I came to this practice in an attempt to fix. When I tried to explain my issues with her in a follow up visit she basically said my symptoms had nothing to do with my monthly cycle and that I needed psychiatric medication. I have never been back. Seeing Dr. Jill Grilliot was the worst medical decision I have EVER made. Avoid her at all costs! read more

This is my 3rd pregnancy with this office. This 1st one, in 2014 went smoothly. Dr Zeller is a great doctor, I had zero problems with this office which is why I chose to come back to them for my second pregnancy. By 2018 Dr Zeller was no longer delivering babies which I was not even told on the phone. I feel would be a good piece of information when you call to schedule with said doctor and they put you with someone else and never said a word about it. First appointment was with Grilliot and I knew right then that I never wanted to see her face again! Rude and condescending are the only two words to describe her. So I mostly saw Dr Goss and another associate that is no longer there who I also liked. Fast forward to baby #3 and I told them that I had thought about switching offices but they said I would like the new doctor, Dr Marshalek. And I do! She is kind, considerate, on time, answers all my questions and is down right pleasant. She is the only reason I am staying. I was put back with Goss yesterday, which if I would have known that when I scheduled I would have changed my appointment. Of course they tell you to get there 15 mins early, which I did. They they call me back 22 mins after my scheduled appointment time to take a urine sample and my blood pressure, put me in a room and leave me. Goss doesn't make her appearance until 53 mins after my appointment time with a very sarcastic "sorry I'm running behind". She comes in completely unprepared. Hadn't even looked at my chart and doesn't even bother to bring her laptop in with her. So when I start asking her about why they had called me 10 days after my last visit and suggested I take an antibiotic for a few days she has no clue. Which my pharmacy at already informed me TWICE that I had a RX there to pickup that I had no idea why I even had a RX at Publix! No one from their office had even bothered calling me yet! When the nurse finally calls me to tell me she has no idea on why I needed it. Why are you calling me if you don't have any clue on what you are trying to tell me?!?! Get someone on the phone that knows what they are doing! I had even called back and left a message for someone to call me and never got a response. Needless to say, when I voiced my concerns to Goss all she can say is "I wasn't part of your care at the last appointment". Seriously?!?! You are supposed to know what is happening with a patient when you enter the room! If you don't want to bother reading a chart leave me with Dr Marshalek! I pay out of pocket for my care, which is Thousands of dollars and you don't even care to read a chart before entering a room! If I could give Marshalek 5 stars and everyone else zero that is what I would do. But I can't, so I'm going in the middle. Hope this helps. Maybe once the offices merge someone will actually know what the heck is going on because the ones that run the place now need a lesson on scheduling and coordinating and just all around need an attitude adjustment. read more

I was pleased with the professionalism of Dr. Grilliot. She patiently listened and addressed my concerns. She ordered tests that she thought I needed and nothing that was not relevant. I appreciate her straight forward approach and manner. I will not be apprehensive about seeing her again as needed. read more

POTENTIAL PATIENTS BEWARE !!! I'm a 56 year old woman who has been have regular pap smears for 40 years. I have never had a worse experience than West Georgia OB/GYN. I have several OB/GYN's in my immediate family in other states, and they all agree, I should go somewhere else! -- My first visit, I was asked to give a urine sample. When I took it to the window, I was asked to set it in the window and have a seat. There were probably 12 specimens sitting there ahead of mine in various colors from brown to clear-- (YUCK)and I was asked to sit down within two feet of these wreaking specimens --the smell was nauseating. An assistant started asking me VERY personal questions in a loud voice from all the way across the room--with several people in and out listening to my answers-- this was unbelievably inconsiderate and incredibly unprofessional. I know obstetricians are frequently up all night delivering babies, but that does NOT give them license to be bitchy and irritable. (if I was bitchy and irritable when I felt bad, I would not have any clients!) Nevertheless, I started a hormone regimen with this Dr. She wanted me to come back in for a follow-up to see how I felt on the hormones--which is understandable. I was face to face with Dr. literally not more than 3 minutes minutes--the visit was $150. I figured out it was about $10 per second-- of which my insurance would not cover. The crowning blow--They have accepted my BlueCross Insurance before. GYN's I'm sure accept insurance for and do pap smears daily--yet they sent my pap smear to a lab who does not accept BlueCross Blue Shield. Was I supposed to ASK where the pap smear was being sent? --I've never had to do that in my life !! I've been round and round with this office over this bill that was mistakenly sent to the wrong lab that they were already having problems with. This is negligent. Now I'm getting calls from a collection agency over the unpaid balance. This office KNOWS they did the wrong thing--yet they are telling me that it is my responsibility. I understand they have been having many many issues with this particular lab in the past, yet they elected to send my smear to this agency !! AGAIN, who ASKS where ROUTINE test are being sent? They were glad to take my insurance card and charge the MAXIMUM amount for the actual 5 minute Dr. visit. Also, for the first time ever in my life, I was expected to pay for the IN OFFICE blood and urine tests. Again, with other GYN's this is unheard of. (Obviously to raise their revenue.) I've lived in big cities all my adult life, but have come back to Carrollton to be with my elderly parent. I've never had the kind of terrible office visits that I've had here. Would rate it 0 if it was possible. Dr. Grilliot is the absolute worst provider I have ever visited. At my appointments I felt very rushed. I experienced my first pregnancy here and felt like I was only allowed 1 question per visit. If I asked more questions I was taking up her time. I labored for 26 hours and dilated to 9cm (according to the nurse) then magically I was only at 7cm when Grilliot checked 15 minutes later. She only gave me an hour to progress to a 10cm and when I didn't, I ended up with a c-section. I was terrified but I felt like I had no say in the matter. I needed to talk about the procedure but before I could ask anything, an entirely new team was walking in, hooking me up, throwing papers in my face to sign. All the while I am completely naked on the bed. I was mortified. I tell everyone I know to avoid this provider esp if it is their first pregnancy. She has no compassion or bed side manner.
