The staff members I encountered: Diane, Diana, Amber and Dr. Jarus, were all exceptional. I took a particular liking to Dr. Jarus. He's a young doctor with a modern perspective on pain management and patient communication. Diane and the front desk is very helpful and competent when it comes to dealing with insurance and keeping your account organized. This dentist is in a 2-minute walk from Vermilion's Main Street Beach and you can see the beach from their front steps. I arrived for my appointment, Carrie informed me I was 10 minutes late...very rudely in front of the other SVS staff and all the customers in the showroom. We proceeded to the exam room where I once again apologized for being late and once again she demoralized me and didn't accept my apology. Yes in front of SVS employees. Note... I live 40 minutes away from SVS vision and also this visit was for a MISTAKE in the prescription from SVS vision!
