I am not originally from the WM, but I have lived in the West Marshall School District for 17 years now and I have worked in town for the past 16 years. I typically do not leave reviews, but after reading the only other one on this page, I must add that this little town is amazing. I have many many life long friends from here. My kids are now in middle school and have about 15 best friends each!! The kids and the families here are genuinely nice. There are so many activities that this community puts on each holiday (or just because) to get the community and kids involved in that makes this community extra special and fun for all ages! The review from Len I could have written myself! This town hasn't changed in years. If you don't have 1 of the maybe 10 or so prominent names, you are nothing in this town. It isn't just the kids either, it is the teachers as well. My child was bullied so bad that we had to switch schools to another district mid year. My former straight A student was doing good to get C's. Constantly picked on by teachers and kids alike. If you want a competent, friendly, small town atmosphere, go elsewhere. Check out the other schools in the county such as BCLUW, GMG and East Marshall. They are nothing like this trashy, snobbish district. read more
