My father suffers end stage dementia and this resulted in unnecessary pain and suffering plus the trauma that he was put through. The cost of services was ridiculously overpriced for this area . Dr Nelson and his staff took advantage of our famiky being out of town when a simple extraction and changed in his teeth would have been an easy fix. Sorry Dr Nelson but you are a corrupt person and how I know what others in the area warmed me about. You should be taken before the medical ethnics board .

Great store, horrible pharmacy staff. I have medications to be picked up every month, so I have a…read morelot of experience with the lack of assistance by the pharmacy staff. They are unable to multiply or divide, and mess up prescriptions very regularly. Example: I have a med that contains 3 vials of liquid, each vial contains 450 units, and I take 40 units per day, to my calculation making each med box = 33.75 days worth of med. The pharmacy staff informed me when I went to pick up the meds that the insurance rejected my request, but I would be able to pick up the med in 3 days. I asked many many many questions, but with every question, I was made to look more and more like a fool by staff jokes, and snide comments. One of the staff even informed me (with a snide expression) that some months of the year have more days than others, somehow seeming to him to make sense of the lack of med that was needed. Finally I got a total number of days they said my med would provide for the box, they had calculated 37 days worth. At home I figured out that they were basing that figure on a staff member using a vials worth of 500 units (which is not correct). I also called my insurance to find out if they could let me know why I was unable to pick up this med that I have been picking up once per month for the last many months. The insurance agent informed me that the pharmacy had actually sent the prescription order in to them with the box of medication day calculation of 48 days. That is almost 1/2 of what I actually take of the med. When I returned to the pharmacy I was not even told sorry by the gal who obviously remembered who I was. This is just the latest in the string of annoyances and disrespect I have experienced at the pharmacy. Another time I called to make sure a prescription was at the pharmacy prior to going to pick up the med, the gal who answered the phone has my same name so it is easy to remember, and she informed me that it was there and I could pick it up. I went to the pharmacy after work to pick up the prescription, but low and behold the prescription was not there from the doctor yet. I was very upset, and the gal who I had talked with a few hours earlier and had confirmed that the prescription was there, would not fess up to other staff that she had not actually checked when I called. One of the other staff members asked me who I had talked to, and because we had the same name, it was easy to remember that it was the gal who was lying to me, but this other staff member snidely asked if maybe it was someone with my same middle name who had answered the phone earlier . . . to that I asked if there was anyone with my same middle name, and he responded with a "no". So disrespectful! I would go to another pharmacy, except that this is the only one in town! I dislike the handful of them so very much, there are a few good ones in the pharmacy, but I only rarely get to experience their assistance. Ok that is all I have for now, and I want to make sure to say that the staff in the retail part of the store are wonderful, kind, respectful, and friendly. I would give them 7 stars if I could!
