We were charged $60 a month (a little high seeing how our previous vet with our other dog held him for free for 3 months) and had to prepay. I told them we go up on weekends and as soon as the ground thawed we would come and get her. She said that was no problem, just let them know and someone would be there and have her ready for pick up. Well, I call to set a time on Saturday and was told they didn't do weekend pickups, after they told me I could back in February. We are leaving on vacation next weekend so we can reschedule. Oh, they'll charge me another $60 for another week, of course you! So we have to pick up our St. Bernard tomorrow and hope she fits in our freezer, and bring her up Saturday. Compassion my butt! Our kids will be horrified if they find out. But what choice do we have? We can't risk of her thawing. This is absolutely awful!!! It's so inhumane! Had we been told the truth earlier that we couldn't do weekend pickups, we could have arranged things differently. They would not make an exception or offer any help, just pay them more money. Cats hide their sickness, so we did not have any warning signs. We did not have a lot of time, but did not want to have him pass scared at the emergency vet. We were lucky enough to be able to bring him home and have Full Circle come over the same day. Carrie has the perfect demeanor and was so kind through the process. She explained what would happen and made sure we were ready to do so when the time came. While I hope to never have to call/use Full Circle again, I am very thankful that we were able to be with Milhouse at home while he passed. He was comfortable and did not need to suffer longer than necessary.

I was told my dog had some eye buggers the day prior to picking him up. The next day when I went…read moreto get him, his eye was swollen shut. I brought him home and immediately called to see what treatment he was given. Basically nothing!!! When I spoke to someone on Monday, she offered to "work with me if he had to go to the vet." What does that mean??? Then I asked if she had a handwashing protocol between pets. She assumed employees washed their hands! I asked her why a picture of my dog's eye was not sent to me, so I could decide his care if they are not willing to care for it. As far as I recently found out, our pets are left alone at night and no cameras are used. My dog will never go there again!
