Way over due, but I love love this local west seattle location. It has great outdoor seating and awesome art work inside by local artist. They open early for us early birds and staff amazing.

Delicious coffee, fast service, clean atmosphere with such a fun vibe!! Nice place to set up to work, read a good book or park yourself outside with some friends to catch up. All around fun spot!

Really cute little place and great coffee. Loved the taste of it and we had a great time there. I had my laptop with me and was able to spend there a couple of hours working from there. They had plenty of chargers, good Wi-Fi and the staff is really friendly!

The chai was definitly one of the better chais I have ever had. Sweet without overdoing it and with a good amount of spice. The cold brew was just decent but I really appreciate that they put it in a glass instead of plastic when I asked. The atmosphere was good with nice lighting and seating facing the large windows. The down side was that there didn't seem to be a tone of tables for more than two people so it is not a place for groups. They seemed to be really pet friendly even indoors which is always appreciated too. Overall a good place to grab a drink and relax.

Drip Coffee and Irish Cream Cold Brew

This place was busy for a Sunday morning, definitely a local favorite. Our coffees were made quickly and with care. I noticed my cold brew was shaken up in a shaker which seemed like a nice touch until I tasted it. My Irish Cream cold brew tasted like coffee with lemonade. It was very odd and not sure if the shaker was used and not washed for a citrus beverage prior to my drink or is there is citrus in the cold brew. It was so sour tasting I couldn't finish and was wasted and tossed. The drip coffee was fine, nothing out of the ordinary and didn't taste like lemonade. Unfortunately, I didn't taste my drink until I had already left and could not go back to have them remake it. Hopefully this was a onetime oversight and maybe wrong syrup was used. Regardless, the lemon and coffee sour is something I never want to try again.

I stopped in here to get some breakfast and coffee and work for a couple hours. I got the breakfast sandwich without cheese (decent), cranberry orange scone (incredible), and decaf latte with almond milk (decent, though they seem to use Caffe Umbria coffee, which I'm not a big fan of). The wifi was reliable, which is a huge plus when trying to join meetings. If I find myself in West Seattle again, I would come back here for scones!

Found this coffee shop while spending the day in West Seattle, and I am SO GLAD I stopped in!! The barista showed me the summer specials menu, so I ordered the Iced Brown Sugar Latté with Shaken Espresso, which was yummy and not too sweet! Also the Spinach & Cheese Bun which was filling and the perfect size. The interior is super cute and bright, plenty of spaces to sit down or work. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the neighborhood!

Dirty environment and worn down furniture

Coffee and food is fine but the place is just so worn down and not cared for. The chairs are tearing at the seams and wiggle from being loose. Coffee (or wine?) spilled all down the wall, chipped counters and dirty floors. So much potential for this to be a cute place but so unwelcoming now.

Matcha latte and blueberry crumble muffin!

I got a build-my-own saj wrap with the mushroom base saj $6, sumac chicken $7, tomato $1.5, cucumber $1.5, pickled turnip $1, and a side of hot sauce $2. The saj bread itself tasted good, but got soaked through by the juice of the chicken and became very soggy. We walked to a park 10 minutes away to eat the wraps and the wraps were bending. The ingredients are fresh but nothing particularly stood out. I didn't quite taste the mushroom on the wrap, and on top of that, I got charged $2 for the hot sauce, but never tasted it in the wrap or found it on the side. The signature saj bread is cooked fresh on a hot stone and is almost like a Middle Eastern flour tortilla with the way it's super thin and satisfyingly chewy bite. The only seating options are a few large benches on the sidewalk, but there's a poster saying you're welcome to sit at the neighboring bar which opens in the late afternoon provided you purchase a drink as well. Ended up sampling 3 of their wrap options and the Zaatar Wrap was deliciously nutty and fragrant, but texturally there was so many herbs that the center ate a little dry. The Lahme Khuruf (Lamb) was my favorite by far with super juicy ground meat with some tang from the labneh, sweetness, freshness from the tomato, and texture from the pine nuts. Absolute home run on this one! The Awarma and Cheese was a close second, but personally, the flavor profile was just a little less interesting than the lamb. Tip: grab some extra napkins as the wraps can fall apart a bit at the end!

I only eat red meat rarely (liver health issues) but this place has some good reviews and my friends and I were really hungry after taking me to the liver doctors at University of Washington Medical Center. It was a cold but very sunny day and most importantly, I was being treated to FREE lunch! I liked my cheeseburger better here than any of the "fast casual" restaurants in West Seattle. This burger wasn't gourmet but it was simple and delicious. It did what it needed to do, which was feeding me a great burger and leaving me with the desire to get another one before I move back to the East Coast in May. The milkshake I had (strawberry) was sooooo good and thick. It took me two hours to eat/drink it because it was that thick. I will definitely get another one before I leave. Vanilla or chocolate. For some reason I tried it again today and was once again disappointed. Placed an online order to go: Greek fries and a side of gyro meat to throw on top, since sandwiches and bowls are $13-$16! Insane. I saw the bowls, they're not large. Not a great deal by any stretch, but that's lunch hour in Seattle I guess. The fries were soggy, barely any feta on top, and the "gyro" meat is just freakin' weird. It tastes like lamb meatballs. Not at all what I expected. On top of this, my order was not ready and I ended up waiting 15 minutes. Three people in line in front of me and three behind, but just one guy behind the counter taking and prepping orders, tickets popping out of the machine left and right until he cried uncle for some help. "Wow it got busy fast, went from no orders to backed up!" Yeah dude, it's 12:15. People get off at 12, call it in, take a piss and start walking to the restaurant, just like every lunch rush every day in a busy commercial core.
