The owner Bud Baled answered and drove to the gas station they had stopped at which was just 2 minutes away. Even though he was supposed to close at 6, he had them drive to shop, diagnosed the issue ( failed water pump ) searched for part and agreed to drive to neighboring town, get part, install it and have them on their way. Wow. True to his word he had them back on their way road by 8:30pm and they arrived at 12:30am. He even followed up with a text to make sure. That is unheard of these days. The luck of breaking down right there before getting on the turnpike (which has little help or cell signal) is a God thing. Super appreciated and took some stress off of us.
