This review is way overdue…read more I never even got the chance to experience this company's actual services because the interaction ended at the very first phone call. The individual who answered the phone was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping or earning my business. Simple questions were met with an unhelpful tone, and it felt like my call was an inconvenience rather than a potential customer inquiry. First impressions matter, especially in a service-based business. If this is how potential customers are treated before any work is even scheduled, it raises serious concerns about how clients are handled overall. Based on this experience alone, I chose to take my business elsewhere.
