Would not make new lenses for my Silhouette glasses...wanted me to purchase new frames. My frames…read moreare good, did not need new ones. Said they needed a frame number to make lenses but I think that is hooey. All they need for Silhouettes is the shape and where to put the hardware holes. Went to another spectacles shop out of state and had to jump thru hoops to get my prescription from VisionSource. Not helpful. I had also recently received another bill from them after paying over $1200 on my original visit for my wife's glasses and our eye exams. Their eye exam fee structure is not clearly defined...thus the extra $140...was not over 30 days due and they would not release my prescription data TO ME until I paid that bill. I paid it. Will be the last dime they get from me
