I don't like having to lug my trashcan through the house or along the back and side of the building because it is not permitted to leave trash cans in the front of the building and there are no dumpsters. Though there are neighbors who have their trash cans in front. If this is permissible, they should have a medical note stating the reason they cannot move their trash can from the patio to the front. Between the buildings snow is not shoveled nor is it well lit, so it's not safe to walk through in the winter or when it's wet. The newsletters have incorrect grammar and spelling. I'd prefer an email copy. I've wondered if the newsletters and other documents are passed on to the owners, if their units are rented. The board should also have owners and renters acknowledge receipt of any documents and there should be a formal complaint procedure created. One of my neighbors who is the treasurer called my landlord; I don't think it was her place to handle the issue. On the community building, the Residents drop box is labeled "Residence." I will be changing positions at work next year and cannot wait to get away from here.
