Pamela was an operations manager at the Westlake location before she was moved to Mills branch due to previous allegations and concerns at Westlake. Pamela has placed hard working employees, mostly those of color, who had never been in any type of trouble before on finals because of something she assumed she heard. Pamela was reported to HR more than 8 times after only being at Mills Branch for a month. Her behavior created a hostile and unsafe work environment for myself and other employees of color. It also appeared to go unchecked by upper management, raising serious concerns about the company's culture. Several employees of color who are currently employed with this location is witnessing the same experience I had a few months ago. I have several emails and documentation to support this pattern of discriminatory behavior. Pamela's actions as a human being are very inhumane. She doesn't show any kind of courtesy or compassion towards her employees, has a very nasty attitude and acts in a very unprofessional manner! I urge others to be extremely cautious when looking for employment with this location. Racism should never be tolerated, and leadership needs to be held accountable!

I also provided them with a power of attorney for her medical care. Well after I was in the hospital going through cancer surgery I learned that the social worker informed my siblings that the agency I chose for my mother care when she was discharged was not listed on the hospital list of providers and was not a real agency. Causing friction between me and my siblings, and causing me to have to be there after major surgery for my mom alone even causing my stitches to open , the social worker also suggested another home healthcare provider and made a statement that my power of attorney was fake. Now who is she to say that it's fake. I went to the facility and spoke with administration who said that the social worker was looking out for the best interest of my mother but again you had a written letter from me and my mom and a legal document that states I was the power of attorney for her, so she goes to my mom tell her that the agency was not listed as a provider and states because my mom was in her right mind that she could make her own decision, but why ask her after you were provided instructions on what to do from the start my thing is I know what's best for my mom and you had instructions to follow and you did not , I feel that something is wrong with this and I feel after speaking with administration who told me to get my papers in order and they would do the same was so unprofessional and unacceptable. When all I asked for was an apology for they way things were handled. I will be looking into this matter further

The exercises and stretches he gave me to do helped my back pain and allowed me to return to my normal activity. Now I continue to work on strength training to help prevent further injuries.
