We have taken our MH to this shop on a few occasions and they have always done a good job. This…read morepast May we took our motor home in to have the A/C checked out because high speed would not work and the air was blowing out of the defroster vent. They check it out and had to replace the blower motor, resistor and the mass air flow sensor. On our way up north the A/C worked for one day and then started doing the same thing I had them fix. I called to let them know and that we would be back in Sept. We got back and took the MH in. They texted and said it was ready. When I went to pick it up, I was shocked to see how much the bill was for something that should have been done correctly the first time. They told me that they had to find the problem. I said why didn't the first mechanic find these problems and I was told that he is no longer working there. When you bring something in for repair one would expect that it done correctly and the same issue should not occur within a day. I was very disappointed with their lack of working with me on the price.

He came by my house, looked at what I needed and gave me a quote that I thought was very reasonable. He told me to give him a couple of days lead time to make sure he could schedule me in. I had talked to a couple of other companies and got "floating" quotes that left it very open ended to charging more. Ben told me the day he was available, showed up on time and completed the install as promised for the quoted amount he originally gave me. He is very professional, courteous and I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone that needs RV service. The nice thing is it was done in my yard, I did not have to hook up and drop it at a dealer.
