We…read morecannot recommend this business due their multiple no shows and refusal to follow-up or warranty their work. We initially contacted S&A to re-rubberize our RV's roof due to leaks. I asked if there was a fee to come give an estimate and was told there was not; however, when they arrived and gave us an estimate they said they would waive the fee if we signed up with them that day. This should have been our first clue. I asked what type of warranty they would provide and was told that they would give a 6 month warranty only if they installed it badly. Within 2 weeks I emailed them to advise that we sprung a new leak that was coming through the a/c unit. I reached out to S & A to by email as their voice mail said they were in the process of moving. I asked them to come out to to see what was causing the leak and expressed that it could be that our a/c. We got no response after a week so I called and left a voice mail and resent the original email stating that we were leaning toward the a/c unit might need servicing. A woman called me back and we set up a time for 3:30 pm. My husband took off early from work to meet them; but they called at 3:40 pm to say they weren't going to make it. When I told the gentleman that my husband wasn't going to get paid for the time off of work, he started copped an attitude and told me he had talked to my husband. I explained to him that he had not talked to my husband nor me as the appointment was set up with a woman. I told him we would call back to reschedule. My husband called him back and set up another time to come out at midday; but when hubby called him at the appointment time they said they didn't have time to come out. They rescheduled again for a late morning appointment on Saturday. When we hadn't heard from them by noon, my husband began calling and texting. S&A has yet to respond or answer any of our calls.

We have taken our MH to this shop on a few occasions and they have always done a good job. This…read morepast May we took our motor home in to have the A/C checked out because high speed would not work and the air was blowing out of the defroster vent. They check it out and had to replace the blower motor, resistor and the mass air flow sensor. On our way up north the A/C worked for one day and then started doing the same thing I had them fix. I called to let them know and that we would be back in Sept. We got back and took the MH in. They texted and said it was ready. When I went to pick it up, I was shocked to see how much the bill was for something that should have been done correctly the first time. They told me that they had to find the problem. I said why didn't the first mechanic find these problems and I was told that he is no longer working there. When you bring something in for repair one would expect that it done correctly and the same issue should not occur within a day. I was very disappointed with their lack of working with me on the price.

I needed a rooftop AC replaced on my RV, Ben was one of the mobile companies on the website of the…read moresupplier I was purchasing the unit from. He came by my house, looked at what I needed and gave me a quote that I thought was very reasonable. He told me to give him a couple of days lead time to make sure he could schedule me in. I had talked to a couple of other companies and got "floating" quotes that left it very open ended to charging more. Ben told me the day he was available, showed up on time and completed the install as promised for the quoted amount he originally gave me. He is very professional, courteous and I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone that needs RV service. The nice thing is it was done in my yard, I did not have to hook up and drop it at a dealer.
