When he came out he measured, we discussed ideas then he gave us the cost, which was at the lower range of our ball-park figure. After prep time (week) of the material, he arrived with his crew and finished the job in one long day. They used rebar and concrete in each pillar. We were very happy w/ Westcoast Vinyl! After talking to 8 different companies, WCV had the most competitive price. Mike came to give an estimate for our 2 gate entries, and needed about a week to fabricate them. We liked the fact that he was the one to do the estimate- and actually do the work. He did the install all by himself, asked us which direction we wanted the gates to swing, was very accommodating, and he completed the gates in about 3 hours! Afterwards there was a tiny cap missing on one of the small posts. He said he would return in a couple days since he didn't have the part in his van- but not 30 minutes after he left, he came back and put the missing piece in. Mike even gave my wife a $2 bill for good luck. My only concern before the install was not getting a confirmation call for the time he would show up. WOW! . . I can't add much to the other reviews. Mihran (Mike) and his crew just left after installing a second fence in my yard. The first one was installed a few weeks ago between my neighbors home and mine. My neighbor checked out a few other companies after I recommended Westcoast Vinyl and after installation, her comment was "What a beautiful fence. These guys really know their business". From estimate thru cleanup . . . not one problem. VERY IMPORTANT: Materials. This company uses vinyl materials manufactured by Duram Building Products (www.duramaxBP.com) in Commerce, CA., not an import from China. They're made to withstand the UV radiation of southern CA., and have a lifetime material guaranty and three year workmanship/labor warranty. Prices: More than competitive. Often with a little extra thrown in, like maybe a $100 gate lock. read more

So glad we went with Mirhan! Our fence and gates turned out great! We had a complicated and big project. He custom finished a few things along the fence so that our installation looked great. We had gotten other quotes and others had told us there would be major gaps in certain areas, Mirhan actually took the time to notch the pieces to fit our landscape and have zero gaps. He really took his time. He also does the installation right by adding u-channels through out. Other contractors skip this to save time and money but Mirhan does not, he installs the correct way! Just had Vinyl installed by WC Vinyl. The owner Mike, after figuring out the cost (measuring, etc), he rounded the project off to the lowest round number. Came to about a 15% discount. Arrived on time to install, along with a crew member. Needed a small portion of fence surrounding 3 gates. One a main gate to the backyard, and two, along with some fencing to block off my pool equipment. Job looks great, everything went smoothly, and he gave me, at no additional cost, a locking latch for the main gate. Before leaving, they thoroughly cleaned all areas where the work was done, along with my entire driveway, and gave me clear instructions on how to adjust the self-closing gates. I called for an estimate to have a stationary vinyl panel that was surrounding my air conditioning unit replaced with a gate. The office lady who made the appointment for me was so polite and nice. Today Mike, the owner and his associate came to check it out. As Mike was passing through 2 of my old vinyl gates that I had installed 10 years ago, he stops and adjusts the gates because they were not closing properly. Then he ends up making an adjustment to the vinyl panel so I no longer need to replace it with a gate, I can just remove the panel and put it back when I need access to the A/C unit. I can't believe he didn't charge me a dime! Who does that? Mike does. He worked on it for about 45 minutes and I insisted that he take some money for his labor. He said to give it to his associate even though Mike did all the labor. I needed a new fence across the back of my property--70 feet. The old wooden one was so rotten and termite-ridden it was literally falling over! So I decided to get some bids and just see what a vinyl fence might cost me. Vinyl doesn't rot and termites obviously aren't interested! Well, not only did Mike bring in the low bid, but I was also impressed when I looked up the product he installs. DuraMax is the brand. They say what they make is "Engineered for the Southwest Sun" and they give you a lifetime guarantee on materials, not to fade, chalk, crack, etc. At the appointed hour, Mike and his guys appeared. The old fence vanished and the new one went up in a matter of hours. These guys obviously work together all the time and they're like a machine, with their levels, re-bar, drills, grinders, everything perfectly straight, level, square and solid. I had them also install a gate on the side of the house and I wanted another 8 feet of fence behind my garbage cans, to separate them from the yard. I pointed that out when Mike bid the "big" fence and asked what it would cost to add that. He kind of shrugged and looked at me and said, "Oh...free...included...OK?" I didn't know there were still operations like that out there! So, 8 hours after they got here, they were done--dusted and gone. All the fencing is beautiful, the gate is solid, perfectly fitted and glides open and shut. Hats off to Mike and his men--first rate! read more

If I could give 6 stars, I would!! If you need ANYTHING in vinyl, look no further!! The owner, Mike, was right on time for our appointment and was the nicest and most down to earth guy you could ever meet. He was so patient as my wife and I went back and forth deciding how to do the 200 feet of fences and three gates. He explained everything about the job and his price was so competitive and we were so comfortable with him that we said yes immediately. Five days later he and his helper showed up and worked til almost dark and finished the 200 feet of privacy fence. All the posts are filled with rebar and concrete! Rock solid. The next day they installed a double gate and a single gate in the front part of the house. They not only are beautiful, but function flawlessly and even have spring hinges and key lock latches! For the first time, I feel like our yard is like a modern home. We cannot believe the difference!! Mike and his helper moved whatever needed to be moved to do the job and when we ran into a problem with a neighbors fence and attached rain gutter, mike pulled off the rain gutter after I got permission from the neighbor and continued working to finish the fence. I could go on and on about his work ethic and craftsmanship, but suffice to say that when he was done, we told him to do a couple of more gates and a fence in another area of our back yard. The quality of the material and expert installation make us positive we picked the right company and man for the job. Even if you've talked to other companies, CALL MIKE AT WESTCOAST VINYL!!!!
