Scott helped me with the problem which happened to be a combination of environmental and a loose nut behind the shutter (me). He took the time to take some photos with my camera and also told me where the lens' "sweet spot" was. Scott spent about an hour with me and I found him very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions and in the end I purchased a UV filter for my lens at Scott's recommendation. Just yesterday, I decided to purchase a new tri pod for my DSLR, and I wasn't doing Amazon. Bozeman Camera has earned my business while I'm here for the season, even though it's a 3 hour round trip drive from Gardiner. Great store, great service, and great employees. I highly recommend Bozeman Camera for any of your photography needs.

The info I was given was totally misleading and deceptive, told one set of information and told one set amounts that would be offered based off the expected value they would sell it for. First off was never told I would be charged for them to look at the camera so thats first deceptive action, second I was told a percentage that would be paid on the value they would be selling the camera at . After 80+ mile drive one way I have to pay for them to look at it, then they low ball the price which is obviously not what they would put it out for sale for, and then after low balling the value , the percentage that they offered on their low ball value was approximately half of what I was told by staff member on the phone before I made the trip. So unfortunately I can not give any favorable opinion of them since all I got was misleading and deceptive practices and then low ball treatment, I will not be even considering them for any sort of business in the future and would recommend others to be cautious and possibly avoid them for business since my opinion of how I was treated was bottom tier, investigate them before doing business, and get any info that you get over the phone in writing or recorded before wasting time goingin to them, all I can say is the one that waited on me was very polite , but that does not change the deception I recieved during the whole ideal.

It is called the Rainsleeve and made by Optechusa.com of Montana. Today while snapping pixs of Trauma filming not even a block from where I stay with my sister, I realized later this was the very first actual use of this Rainsleeve ~ simple to use and in design, and worked like a sleek charm! It took me only 3mins to fit it over my camera and get it positioned so I had access to my lens. This was the second time I've placed it on the camera (first time was to fit it and see how it would fit). It's quite simple: One half of this elongated plastic "bag" fits onto the filter edge of the camera lens and stays put with a pull-string with stop, while the camera is encased within the sleeve. Really simple, easy to carry, and to forget within a bag or a jacket pocket, but ready for any wet conditions like today. In addition, the rain was coming down so hard, I actually returned home to get the sunshade for my camera lens, to keep water off the lens filter glass. It worked and will use this setup from now on when I use this product! If you're in the same situation as I where you might be shooting outdoors and possibly be caught snapping in the rain, you might consider buying this!! NOTE: Don't be put off by the simple easy effective design. It's just a plastic bag!!! But you'll soon discover that in this high-tech age of thick rubber and plastic, and thick hard plastic cases and covers, that when you need something quick and very portable, this plastic bag might be the best bet!
