Especially, the Hispanic manager if I'm not mistaken I've seen her working at CNB too. But, it was a train wreck experience every time I had a problem with my account. I don't know if she's still working there but things have changed quite a bit. And almost for the last three years I have been enjoying the customer service at this bank. The tellers are mostly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Recently I had a problem with my account [more my fault than the banks] and needed to talk to Chloe. She was very helpful and provided the best customer service I've experienced anywhere in a long time. So, if you're in search of a new bank I would definitely recommend Prosperity Bank. At least give them a try.

Getting money cleared in a normal timely fashion has been impossible and getting anyone to tell you what is going on is a joke. Tellers are awful, most notably Jana Brown, who instructed me to "Go have a seat in the lobby we'll call when we are ready for you." When I stepped in her office to ask what the status was after already sitting in the lobby for 45 min, as the matter hadn't been resolved over the course of 7 days. DO NOT BANK HERE.
