This might be a different type of review because I never actually received service from this company. However, in my desperate attempt to discard some furniture after failed attempts of "interested parties" I reached out to Western Junk Removal and at first they weren't able to meet my deadline but instead of turning me away they gave me referrals. Long story short, I set an appointment at a later date which resulted in me cancelling due to the rescheduling of delivery date for my new furniture. In that time, I was able to find someone who could salvage my furniture for their own needs. The fact that they took the time to try and help me, even if it meant referring my business elsewhere should be recognized! Thank you so much for trying to work with me and helping me out! I would strongly recommend going through these guys because the customer is in their best interest and it's not every day you come across caring and honest people! Awesome experience! Had to resort to a junk removal service to get rid of a few items (a plastic toy house, scrap metal, wood and misc. Other) since the junk yard was closed on Sunday and could not afford to wait the next day. This was my first and only experience with this type of service but I have to say , I've never experienced a higher level of professionalism. He arrived on time and was very kind. He exceeded expectations and even offered to sweep my storage unit after loading everything into his truck. There were a couple of things we forgot to mention that needed disposal and he offered to dispose of them without changing the price. My only regret was that I thought my wife was going to tip him and she and I had a miscommunication and he went untipped.
