This was a referral so I was able to get the owner's contact info and text them what I needed done and things to know about the house. I knew I had a 3 hour window and all I wanted was the main floor cleaned and the 2 upstairs bathrooms. Everything was agreed upon and she even called me as she was coming into my house so my dog could hear my voice and feel more at ease - so I had high hopes at this point. She called me after she was finished, complimenting my house, and to tell me she wouldn't be charging me any overtime since she went over the 3 hours. I was a bit confused considering she cleans the person who referred me entire 3 floor townhouse in 3 hours and I was asking for much less - but be that as it may, it was a new house so I was understanding. She chatted with me a bit more, hyping up her work so I blindly sent her a tip before I even got home. She told me she was open to criticism and to let her know if there was anything I didn't like when I got home. Well, fast forward 20 minutes, I get home and find my house to look almost exactly as it did before she came. She did not touch the dining room or laundry room area - AT ALL. The most she did was wipe off the counters and appliances. Moving upstairs I was absolutely appalled at what I found - the floors weren't touched in the bathrooms, the toilets weren't actually wiped off, and she stuffed toilet paper and/or paper towels into my toilet so much so that I had to pull clumps of it out before I could flush the toilet! She moved items around on my countertop but didn't actually clean around it. I texted her and sent her pictures - I was extremely upset that I paid for this awful service. She refunded me my tip but kept the rest of what I paid her. This business took zero pride in their work. I would absolutely save your money and find someone .. anyone else for your cleaning needs.

The owners were there to make sure that everything went smoothly and that we could rest after all the packing we did for our move. We have odd shaped handmade items and ASAP made sure eachone was wrapped, secured, and arrived safely. After the move they cleaned the home we were leaving. When I say there was a lot of cat fur....there was enough under all the furniture to make another couple of cats. ASAP cleaned the home spotless. We got our full deposit back from the landlord. Like I said, I cannot recommend ASAP Movers and Maids more!!

Called around a few local companies and didn't like the vibes I was getting from the people I was talking to. Tenderloving Carpet Care was last on my list to call and boy am I glad I did. Initially, I was impressed with the before and after photos on their website of the carpets they'd cleaned and their reviews seemed very good as well. I spoke to a woman named Adrienne who runs the company alongside her husband and two sons. She was very friendly and the quote she gave me was extremely reasonable, plus they could come out in just a few days after me calling. It's a family run business so she let me know over the phone that she would be coming with her two sons. I appreciated her telling me this ahead of time so I knew in advance how many people would be coming inside my home. On the day of service they arrived within their stated time and Adrienne and her boys got to work inspecting the carpet. As we walked around they were very respectful of our home and mindful of the other furniture pieces in the rooms. They walked around with me to see the problem areas in the carpet and even though they couldn't guarantee all would be removed by the time they were finished all of the stains were gone. Yippee!!! We were so pleased because we thought we had ruined our carpet. In total, they did the master bedroom, the hallway, the spare bedroom and an upholstered armchair in our living room. My husband had even spilled a mystery substance on the arm of the chair that they were able to get out no problem. Another bonus. Most of our stains were a year old, including a red wine stain I had made. While freshening up a carpet is a perk I think most people are like me and are hoping to get tough stains out. So this was such a win for us!! The breakers did get tripped a few times during the cleaning so keep that in mind; if you can avoid overloading a circuit I would just tell Adrienne which outlets to avoid when she arrives. Silly me...I didn't think about that beforehand but now I know which ones to have them use in the future. The cleaning took about 2 hours in total, maybe 1.5 hours. Can't remember, but we ended up chatting after they were done like two old friends. Adrienne is very friendly and her sons are bright, hardworking guys who care just as much about the company as their parents. If we had just a bit more money in our budget I would have loved for them to have cleaned our two white sofas and six white dining chairs as well since they do clean upholstered furniture. Our carpet looks and feels brand new like when we first moved into the home . If you find a good company who does a great job and who is affordable then why bother looking around? I know we will be using them for years to come and I hope your experience turns out as well as ours did.
