He had no…read moreposted reviews, but I decided to reach out to him on 2/15/22 after viewing his website - MontroseColoradoHandyman.com. He returned my email promptly and arrived late afternoon the next day to check out my dryer. He agreed to order the necessary part for repair, stating he doesn't service many GE dryers and only had Samsung parts in stock. Eight days later, I was still waiting for an update. I called him and left a message saying if he was having difficulty getting the part to let me know, and I would go ahead and purchase a new dryer, restating I still wanted his service to clean the dryer duct as we had discussed during the initial consult. I asked him to call me back and let me know. It is now 3/6/22, and he has not made any effort to communicate with me at all. For this reason, I am leaving a negative review solely because of his unprofessionalism and lack of customer service.

Harry has done so many incredible projects in/at our home. Here's a quick rundown: 1. Replaced and installed a beautiful new custom metal railing and stairs for our loft. As part of our exterior remodel, Harry installed the same style custom metal railing for our new outdoor deck and stairway. We doubt that this happened between the month the house was inspected and when we moved in (the house was unoccupied during this time), i.e. it is unlikely that the inspector even tried to turn it on! There was also significant roof leakage both inside the house and in the soffits, with obvious water stains in both areas. As we were out of town buyers, we relied on the inspector to catch such obvious problems. Mainly, we got an expensive home inspection with lots of photos attached and no relevant information from this company.
