This is the second time I have used Western Pest Control. Both times they have exceeded my expectations in eliminating those pesky unwanted critters and a reasonable price. First it was crickets then, recently, ants. The technician, Chris Hill, was informative of the process and chemicals and very thorough. Chris was professional and their work is guaranteed but they get it right the first time. By the way, they came out the same day I called which was nice as those ants were "marching on one by one" and really bothering my wife who is very meticulous. Amazing service, Incredible staff & great product. We had a situation arise that needed immediate attention for an event we host. We called Western Pest Control in an emergency and they were incredible to work with! They got out to us right away despite the short notice and Edwin the tech who came out went far above and beyond to save the day. We are in our 6th year now of using Western Pest Control for our insect spraying. This is our second home we have used them, and Scott has been our technician all along. He is friendly courteous, professional, and thorough in his work. We can definitely attest that the spray works and takes care of pretty much all insects that come near the barrier. The only one that we wish it didn't kill was the praying mantis, but it's a situation of not being able to pick and choose which insects we want to spare. Technician Scott Carroll came today to inspect my home for termites as some damage had been uncovered when old linoleum was removed from my bathroom floor. He was very easy to work and communicate with and offered a reasonable solution that fits well with my lifestyle...he used bait stations around the perimeter of the house which meant no poison was put down inside or outside. He will be back in 90 days to check how things are working. I just feel good about this solution and felt the transaction was easy and positive. Clark Lewis visited my home today and it was on very short notice due to my work schedule. He came in and saw the problem, gave me his opinion and then called the office for input. He told me how much it would cost and with a "guarantee"! Clark proceeded to do the treatment and was finished in a very short time. Clark was very professional and seem to know his business. Another great visit from Western Pest Control. These guys are effective and efficient. Before their monthly visit, I get a text advising me that the technician will be stopping by.p the next day. Today, Chris Hill rang the bell to let me know he was here, and asked if there were any problem areas...or if I'd like him to do the inside of the garage. He also reminded me that if at any time I have a problem, just a quick call to their office and they'll be here. Chris did a great job with the outside...and hopped in his truck with a smile. Zack Zellner was awesome today. He came to my house that is having major ant issues. He was very detailed and explained everything he was doing and why the ants have been such pests! I appreciated him being courteous and respectful in my house when he took off his shoes and asked if it was okay to open cupboards and touch things in my home. Our Tech Scott was great! I had a concern about some ants and he not only treated the area I asked about but found another problem area that he made a point to come back and tell me about. He was also vey good about keeping my dogs out of the area he was spraying and was willing to spray inside first (which another pest guy we had wouldn't do) so I could leave the dogs in the backyard while he sprayed the garage and the house dried. Western Pest Control has been great from day one. We were new to the area and it was suggested that we spray for bugs. Saw the truck across the street so I called the number. They sent a technician over right away and we got started with the service. I've only had to call once for an extra spray when (because of construction on both sides of my home) cockroaches started knocking at our door. Chris is awesome! He makes sure my pest issues are taken care. I have had springtails in my bathroom show up months ago and he was here several times to check up on the problem until we got them resolved. Kyle Lamb does a great job each month spraying our town home units for pests. We rarely see any bugs. He pay special attention to the items we have asked him to spray.
