We have lived at Western Pines MHC for 26 years. We love the beautiful trees and the residents yards they are well maintained. It's quiet and no one bothers you. We have had different lad in our office but, I can say Sonia and Juanita are my favorite. They are kind and professional. read more

My mother and her boyfriend bought a trailer home from a guy living there. He paid over $35K on this trailer, permits etc. The manager is a complete bitch and she keeps telling them they can't stay living here because he doesn't receive checks with a company name. She brought in the checks from his employer and she still wasn't satisfied. Every time they bring in any paperwork she wants she tells them they need more tax papers etc. Now my family is going to be homeless and probably lose money because this lady just wants to be complicated. The owners don't care all they care about is taking peoples money from those who can barely afford homes. read more
