I asked for the whole package, oil change, blade sharpening, etc. When I got home, it started right away. I started cutting my grass and on the first turn, the plastic toe guard fell off and got chewed up by the blade, ruining it. I called them to ask if there was any coverage for that and they took no responsibility, saying they didn't touch it. Total denial, even though I know there is no way to get at the blade than by holding it near the guard. Just totally denied any responsibility, saying it was coincidence. He was so quick to respond that it sounded like it wasn't the first time he had to claim total irresponsibility for this issue. So mad!
