I been here a couple of times and I must say I was very upset with the customer service there, I would only go if I NEED it to. Yet Last week On Mothers Day I had to go there, since it was after hours and a lovely gentleman name Francisco assisted me and I totally change my mind about this place, there were only two employees there, one window for Western Union services and another window for payments and stuff. There was a extremely long line for Western Union Services and Francisco manage to quickly take care of all the customers, when Francisco was assisting me I made a mistake in the senders information and without any negative attitude he help me fix it. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE LATELY! Where is Maria???? She had the BEST service and I cant belive she isnt the manager here! Shes always going out of her way to say hello and rememebers me by my name. the actual manager is rude and she always has an ugly face when I walk in. Never says hi or smiles at anyone. If she is so angry working there why is she still showing up? like I said, Maria knows everyone by name and always helped me out fast. This employee and manager at this location were very rude and straight out lied about policies and rates. This is in regards to cashing a money order. Thursday at 1am july 13th. Completely unprofessional and criminal at first telling me the rate for money orders is 10% when really its 3%. If your white beware the place is run by hispanics and they will try to take advantage of you. read more

Awesome customer service, line moves fast and free money orders! I've been coming here for years with my mom and have never had a bad experience. They even offer free goodies on Friday for all the customers coming in to cash their checks. read more
