I've worked with other loan agencies and I've never had this problem. No matter what location I am in I'm always able to make my payment! Excuses I got was, "people calling out, new employees quitting, not enough support, etc." If this is a happening continuously then management is not doing their job right. A call would've been nice to at least let me know what's going on and what are my options. In the end, after wasting my time for nearly an hour just to transfer my information from one location to another, I left without getting anything resolved and now I'm having to come in the next day to get it done! Going through a difficult time in my life and having a company like this give such horrible service only made my experience even worse!!!
