I have used this insurance company for approximately eight years now. We have had multiple claims…read morefor different reasons on our vehicles and on our home. The biggest issue seems to be getting the tow service. Today my husband waited over two hours and five different one 800-number customer service representative's to still have to find a tow company himself. I made a phone call to the local Shelbyville office, only to get a lecture about distance of the tow. And,asked if I had already called the one 800-number to which I answered that my husband had. When I called back two hours later, I was advised by a different staff member that it was much quicker to call the tow company ourselves rather than wait on customer service to locate one. That information would've been much more convenient to have from the beginning, rather than later. Considering I have A severe medical condition, I would not want to be sitting by the side of the road for 2+ hours waiting on someone in Georgia or wherever else their customer service is based to figure out who is going to come toe my vehicle. I have not changed insurance companies in a while, but I am thinking it is time to look around because the customer service with this company has seriously declined since we first signed up in regards to every dealing that we have had. Now not only does my husband have to do their job and pay the tow truck, but then he has to take the bill to the Shelbyville office to have a check cut to cover their portion of the tow. Considering all of this is part of our policy, it should've been taken care of with the first phone call to customer service and not over two hours later and him having to do it himself.
