Your office has never been consistent in following your parking policy. if you were you would towed or given me a warning at least once in the last 2 years. Nope never happened. Saturday they partner with Dwayne's towing, They tow all the vehicles asked, over 20 from this complex, while receiving 265.00 per car. They have the nerve to charge 75.00 after hours fee. After taking the cars on Saturday night. They know they will be there all day the next day??? Really after hours fee. Website says they are open 24 hours. Thank you for assisting in running a scam with this condo to take advantage of students. Hope you all are enjoying your partnership in enforcing your sometimey policies. In their lease agreements they state they can place any room mate in the apartment. Sounds simple right? What if two females are living in an apartment? And they place two men? Well it just happened in Tuscaloosa and Landmark Properties are saying it's their policy. They cite fair housing laws. Yet in this case they never notified the females and one night two men walk in and take up residence in the apartment. Landmark is not concerned with the females safety only getting rent money. So please keep your daughters safe and away from any Landmark Property! Spread the word as they have lots of student housing properties nationwide.

Kathy (manager) and Ken (maintenance) are incredible and ALWAYS respond quickly to our needs. Kathy and Ken are both so down to earth. Kathy cares so much about her renters, and Ken comes to our apartment to fix any problem within 30 minutes of us calling the office. Royal Hills is truly the best place to live in Tuscaloosa - great price for rent and incredible management. In addition, the scenery is so nice with all the trees, the real wood burning fireplace is so nice in winter, and the apartment is located very close to the Tuscaloosa River Walk and anything you'd need on McFarland Blvd. very close to multiple grocery stores as well as the University of Alabama. I am SO sad that I'll have to be moving soon due to an upcoming job because I know I will never find such great apartment management and value for rent anywhere else. I truly have no complaints.
