They just got done remodeling and they look great inside and outside. They have nice wooden plank floors in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The refrigerators have ice dispensers and also water and the appliances are all up to date. They also provide a room for your washer and dryer if you have them but no laundry facility on the complex to wash your clothes. The closest one out in town is just about 5 min away though. The balconys are huge enough to put some patio furniture or some plants to relax you in the hot summer days and cool winter months. They also have a additional storage room outside in the balcony too. They have 3 ponds outside where you can fish and tons of ducks to watch or feed. Theres 2 swimming pools and they also have a nice gym area with cardio and weights. This is a really nice place and pricing is fair for the area. You can set up auto payment online with your banking information.The staff is really nice and helpful and if you have any issues with your place they are usually right on it providing assistance. Walmart grocery is close by and they have Dollar Tree and Dollar General in the front. They are also building more business for the future on the side. Overall outstanding apartment complex. I been living here for 8 months now and looking forward to signing another lease for the future!

For a man, I think he made a good decision. Lol. We live in a 2 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor (OK, that's the only bad decision he made), but we have a large balcony overlooking the middle of the lake and fountain! We see the ducks and turtles all the time! The bedrooms are very spacious as well as the bathrooms. The master has a bathroom inside the room and the 2nd bathroom is in the hallway, so it's a good floor plan. Both bedrooms have TWO closets! Yaaas gurl, TWO! The kitchen is a galley style, but very wide! Not a lot of counter space (Boooooooo!) You know that this little Masterchef in training needs her counter and cabinet space, so that's where we *could* lose a star, but there are other floor plans, other units, with other views... The kitchen leads into your laundry room with washer and dryer hook ups. It's nice! And I think we pay less than 950? Which blows me away. I moved here from Austin TX to be here with my fiance and you can barely find a 1 bedroom cardboard box in the hood for that, much less a fancy gated apartment complex with the amenities we have ! The office staff is always super friendly and polite. Also helpful! When I moved to the apartment later in the lease period they added me with no problem. They arrange pizza parties and bingo nights, monthly themed events, etc. for residents and kids. We have a fitness center, 2 pools. We also have an outdoor grillin and chillin area that's actually pretty cool, a good place to throw a little party. If you are looking for a place in D'iberville (cause i know you are!) this is a great place to consider.

She immediately called the property manager and told her she couldn't live like that. There are roaches all over the complex in the halls as well as the units. Other tenants told her that there is an issue with bugs as well. There are also tons of Google reviews about the disgusting conditions. Rather than let her out of her lease they say she can move in or as a kindness they will keep her deposit and first month's rent and let her break the lease all because she doesn't want to live with roaches... which they failed to tell her were an issue or even that the unit she was moving into was being treated for... I assure you had she known she would not have signed a lease.She literally didn't even have the keys for a full 12 hours before reporting this... this is a bad way to do business. I could see if she moved into the apartment and had been there a few days or weeks but literally told them a few hours later that it was unacceptable and they are keeping her money or she has to live with ROACHES. This is a HEALTH VIOLATION to expect people to live with disease ridden pests. Make sure everyone knows how they do business. I would hate for anyone you know to get stuck in this situation.
