What's even more concerning is the lack of transparency in their billing practices. Charges have appeared without proper explanation, and requests for supporting documentation or invoices have not been adequately addressed. This raises serious concerns about how they conduct business. Overall, the experience has felt unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. I expected a much higher level of accountability and responsiveness from a property management company. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution.

And when they do reply, they are less than helpful. They refuse to provide me with financial documents, I've asked multiple times and had to file a complaint with the BBB to get their attention. The fact that they won't let me see how they are spending our money only makes me more suspicious of unauthorized activities. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Unlike other new homes that I've had built, they sent a person back at one year to address any issues that I may have (re-caulked tiles, nail pops, adjusted cabinet doors etc) We originally had issues with the hardwood floors that they had to come back 3X's to correct but now look beautiful. We did have some issues in the beginning with our initial salesperson however were then switched to a more experienced individual that was great.

When discussing multiple tenants, she frequently jumped between conversations without clarification, making it difficult to understand who she was referring to and requiring constant follow-up on our end. She assisted with renting our apartment but appeared extremely disconnected from the process. Most concerning, she granted access to our home to another realtor from a different company without our knowledge or consent. That realtor entered our property, took photos, and posted a listing on Zillow and we were the ones who realized this I had to personally contact both Zillow and the unauthorized realtor to have the listing removed. This situation was stressful, unprofessional. I would never work with her again. When people ask me if I know of a realtor I tell them they should avoid Ms. Kilicaslan at all costs.
