Heater was blowing cold air I was freezing intermittent problem in heater. Called Eck for service,…read moretechnician then I was not had to go to shop and get a long lighter he said and then he had to go and get a switch that did not do any different than the old one did so he put the old on back. Weather was warm for a couple of days so I did not use the heater. Then it was getting cold again and the heater was faulty and blowing cold air again and they charged me $450.00 for that lousy service. I went on Ebay and bought a new control transformer because some connection in the old one had some burnt in one of the wire nuts so I figured just to buy a new transformer at the cost of 21.00 including shipping. i had to use electric heaters for 5 days. When received the transformer i installed it and now the heater works like a champ with no problems.
