I experienced "racial profiling" as a paying customer at the Arkansas City Kansas location. This occurred with one of the male employees, in which I called to speak with managment about the occurrence and all that was spoken was a mouth full of excuses! Managment was completely careless about the situation nor did they offer any solutions to the problem. I have already taken this to a higher level and will continue to do so until satisfaction presents it self!
