What makes this even more troubling is that there was no proper notification about these charges -- no email, no SMS, and no transparent communication from the company. As a customer, this creates the impression that important information is not clearly disclosed and that borrowers only discover the real conditions of the loan after the agreement is already in place. Financial institutions that provide consumer loans should operate with full transparency, especially when dealing with significant financial obligations such as car financing. In my case, the entire process felt misleading, poorly explained, and lacking basic transparency. Because of this experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering financing through LendCare carefully review every document and verify all terms independently before signing anything. I have already filed a complaint with financial regulators and consumer protection authorities so that this situation can be properly reviewed. I am seriously concerned that the terms of the financing may not have been fully and transparently disclosed before the agreement was finalized.
