Ordered on June 1st from Avas Flowers who had Westloop Floral prepare and deliver. They did not deliver on the 1st like was instructed but finally delivered late on the 2nd. Then they called my granddaughter who was the recipient of the flowers if she would meet them half way to pick up! She could not as she was at work so they deliverd them to her job. What an embarrassment this arrangement was when she got it. I had ordered the luxury deluxe arrangement and what she got looked like it came from a food market! If I could have given them 1/4 of a star I would have. I spent 75 bucks on floral arrangement on valentines for my mom. The picture was totally different to what I ordered and they NEVER delivered that balloon I paid an extra 5 bucks for my toddler to get something on valentines. They did not leave a note on the door and did not call the recipient (my wife) or me even though I left them both phone numbers. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE--WORST SERVICE ON THE PLANET Too bad they don't have a star for negative numbers, because they'd get exactly that! Ordered flowers for my mother's 84th birthday and they finally arrived-- 3 days LATE! When I called to complain, they lied and said they had attempted to deliver them four times. They left no notice and my mother received no phone call. After I intervened, a delivery person named Neal called my mom and agreed to meet her at the nursing home where she was visiting my father and NEVER SHOWED UP!!! No phone call, nothing! Terrible service! After waiting for him for 5 hours, she returned home to find a message telling her that he "was running late, and wouldn't be able to deliver the flowers to the OLD FOLKS HOME!!" Rude, disrespectful, and he needs a slap in the face! Finally, the flowers were delivered at 8:30 in the evening, 9after agreeing to meet her af 4:00 that same afternoon) 3 days AFTER her birthday. Horrible company! We had a big mixup with flowers because I'd ordered some for a friend (from pro flowers) and when I got a message from westloop floral about a good delivery time I assumed they were calling about my order. Come to find out, my mother in law had also ordered me flowers and they were being delivered the same day....but I did not know this was the order they were actually calling about. I left a message for them that in the morning was the best time to deliver, as my friend was leaving to go out of town in the late afternoon. I asked for them to please return my call so I knew they got the message and never heard back so I called the next morning. They were very confused and said they'd call me back... Apparently, no one EVER checked the order to make sure it was correct and that the addresses were correct because if they had we would have known where these flowers were coming from. When I got a call back and they said the flowers were coming to me, I said no they are to go to my friend so they were to delivered to her. When she got them, the card was to me and my new baby and she tried to refuse delivery since they were obviously not for her but instead of calling me and checking the order once again, the man insisted they were for her and left. Five minutes later, the FedEx truck pulled up and delivered the order I had placed for her. She called me and explained it all and once I realized my in laws had placed an order for me, I quickly called to explain to the company. Jerry never answered his cell phone so I called the woman in the main office. She tried to say they couldn't go pick them back up that day because they only went to each side of town once but eventually said Jerry would go get them before my friend left for the weekend that afternoon. No one ever came or called and when my friend dropped them off at the shop around 3:30 the woman in the front said she was waiting to hear back from me and that Jerry was in Junction City anyway. I had already talked to the woman! I was so infuriated that she'd act like I never spoke to her.... At this point, I did not want these ignorant people to get my family's money so I had my in laws cancel the order. They did not contact me again and did not deliver my flowers for over another 24 hours. They came at 6:30p the following day. My husband refused delivery and the dufus Jerry tried to say the addresses had gotten mixed up and my husband told them they should have checked the orders and also that his mom had said these flowers were supposed to be delivered on Wednesday and they hadn't delivered them until Friday to my friend and Saturday finally to me. He left, flowers in hand. No one apologized to my friend or me for the mixup and ironically, I had apologized for the address mixup to both him and the woman at the office even though I had no way or knowing this was not about the order I had placed. Talk about lack of customer service....do not order from this company and make sure whomever you order from online does not use them either! I felt terrible bc I know my friend waited to leave for these people and she had to come back into town just to drop them off. My son who lives out of state, ordered me a beautiful bouquet for Mother's Day. Delivery was scheduled for the following day. They said they tried to deliver it then but I wasn't home. No notification was left on my door so I can't be sure. The driver did not attempt to call me although my cell phone number was was on the front of the address card for the order. If he had called me I would have told him where to leave the bouquet because I was available most of the day. When my son asked if I had received the bouquet and I had not, I decided to leave a note on my door instructing the florist to leave it on the porch, just in case that was the problem. Most people wouldn't know to do that unless they knew they were receiving something from a florist who does not attempt notification. The bouquet was finally delivered today. Westloop Floral has done this to us on previous occasions. I called them and inquired about why it was not delivered yesterday and why I was not called. I received all sorts of excuses from the owner. She didn't seem to care that her drivers have done this numerous times. I had to insist that she inform her delivery drivers that they need to call the number provided with the delivery address if no one is home. I have requested this from them in the past and they never do it. The bouquet is lovely but the experience was not. Do not trust Westloop Floral with your important occasion!! read more
