It took one week for them to fill a prescription, I called after the first 3 days went by and they just kept telling me it was in process and couldn't give me a timeline when it would be done. Their reasoning was "because they were so busy" A week later it was ready, meanwhile I ran out of the medicine 3 days ago and have been without. I was sent here after my original pharmacy closed, who would have it filled and ready within 24 hrs and for less cost. I'll be looking for a different pharmacy again. read more

The last three times I've attempted to get a med refilled I've had to call multiple times to make sure it's getting done. Called today for a refill I called in 9 days ago and they said it was being processed. Excuse me? I have been out of the med for a few days. Intentionally called it in a week early since they have been taking a while. Maybe I'll get it today. Or next week. This is getting ridiculous. Recently, I contacted the Pharmacy and suggested that better packaging be used to ship frozen prescriptions. The owner, Anthony Westmoreland, got quickly involved and we discussed the problem. VERY SOON after, Anthony notified me stating that he totally agreed with me, refunded the cost of the prescription discussed, and rewarded me with a FREE prescription for bringing up the issue. Service like this has earned them my business. In addition, the Pharmacy's shipping method now includes dry ice packaging and a Styrofoam cooler. Just received the prescription and I bet the packaging can be reused to ship a frozen Italian Beef to my cousin in Omaha, lol. read more

Horrible service takes minimum of 3 days to get a prescription ready and if out of state you can expect another 3 to 5 days to receive your prescription. Just recently placed an order, waited a week, and then was told that they were no longer able to ship to my state after they had known for a week that they were not going to be able to accommodate my prescription. read more

After a bad experience with Westmoreland, I changed pharmacies. Deciding perhaps I had been too hasty, I gave them another try. Unfortunately, the experience was just as bad. Not only are their prices higher than other compounding pharmacies, it takes them three times as long to fill an order. A prescription called in by 9AM at another compounding pharmacy, took over 48 hours for Westmoreland...not much help for someone who needs to use a prescription twice a day. I was out of it, called my insurance and they told me it had went through with no issues, it didn't need a PA. They done the same thing to my 8 yr old granddaughter!! I switched my prescription to a different compounding pharmacy that not only gave me a much better delivery option - no more syringes that are hard to deal with and hard to keep from leaking - they gave me a nice metered dose bottle that works much better. Top that off with the fact that they were literally 25% lower for the exact same prescription. All I can say is shop around. poor customer service exorbitant prices and old technology are not my cup of tea. read more

I called and talked to Rhea on a Tuesday afternoon. I was needing a knee scooter and a transport chair. She sent me pictures to my phone of what they had. I was able to order over the phone and both were delivered Wednesday morning. The man that delivered these items had them all set up and ready for us to use. I'm a newer customer and in fact have been using location for a few months. So far I'm pleased with the service, the pharmacy is compounding a medication that my cat requires. So every two weeks I pay a visit. Once my prescription has been called in by my vet I receive a courtesy phone call to let me know that the meds are ready for pickup. Have been an almost weekly customer since the first location opened in New Albany (elderly parent and two children). The hours were a little inconvenient, but was willing to work around it due to giving business to an independent company, and Anthony is just an all around good person. However, with much success, and several other stores opening, the service has been desperately lacking over the past few months. Unless you want blood pressure pills or vitamins, this is no longer the place to count on for friendly service and availability of medications.Several times Have waited over a week for a simple prescription, the prescriptions are not being called in to the doctors in a timely manner, thus making it difficult for the doctor to refill in a timely manner since the store closes at 7 pm. Female clerks are snippy and impatient with a lack of compassion. Total breakdown in communications between pharmacists and physicians. Have been told several times that they can no longer fill several medications because they no longer do business with the manufacturer (this was for a simple skin lotion). Supposed to be a compounding pharmacy? Kroger was able to fill in about 30 minutes. Makes me very sad to transfer prescriptions to a bigger chain, and I hate that the intimate small town pharmacy feel is now just another successful chain, but can no longer handle the excuses, the wait time, inconvenient hours and irritable, unprofessional clerks.
