Hydrosolution assured me their Giant heaters were better quality. On the same day of installation, one of the brand-new heaters started leaking everywhere. I called and a technician came, told me the previous installer did it wrong, adjusted the piping, and guaranteed it wouldn't leak again. Two hours later, it started leaking all over again. Hydrosolution advertises 24/7 emergency service, but when I called around 10pm no one answered despite hours of trying. They finally called back at 7am and told me the earliest technician could come was between 2pm and 10pm - an 8-hour window for an emergency caused by their faulty installation. A brand-new heater leaking twice on the day it was installed, plus a "24/7 emergency line" that doesn't answer. Extremely disappointing service. I would not recommend this company.
