I was looking for a printing company who knew what they were doing to create my comp cards which are entertainment business card with photos of yourself on the front and back of the comp card. I had gone to another company--M&T Printing Company in Waterloo, and I had huge issues with them-- inconsistencies, having to tell them more than once to change something, then doing it wrong although it was clearly spelled out, making numerous one to one visits to check the proofs, numerous e-mails back and forth to clarify what I wanted, constant fluctuations in the coloring of the comp card proofs, would adjust my photos and then make my body look out of proportion with an elongated body. I had to do the problem solving since they were not able to and I found this more than frustrating since I am the client and I certainly am not the expert in printing. The person at M&T Printing who I was dealing with was great as far as responding to my e-mails, informing the printer to make changes but in the end the printer continued to make mistakes. This went on for 7 weeks of constant problems with M&T Printing Company. At that point I came to see the manager and told her that it was the printer who was at fault from the information that I received from other people and doing my own research but they would not admit it was the printer. However they did admit that they could not do the comp cards so I decided to go somewhere else. A friend of mine suggested Westmount Signs and I was apprehensive after what I went through with M&T Printing Company. Annette Weeres, General Manager was the person at Westmount Signs who helped me. She is very business like, not chatty, very focused and right away I could tell that she knew what she was doing. Annette is very professional, does not waste any time and gets the job done promptly, and with expertise. I had some minor glitches at Westmount Signs but nothing that Annette wasn't able to fix right away. The final outcome of my comp cards took only two weeks for Annette to do and they look very professional, colors are great and I could not be happier. It's people like her who not only provide great service but are able to produce top notch quality!! There is a reason why Westmount Signs has a rating of 5 out of 5 and I'm sure it's because of Annette!!! She is an excellent Manager and Westmount Signs should be LUCKY to have her.
