I saw the other review & wonder if they were shown any x-rays of their cavities, because they have the best x-ray equipment around and everything is very clearly explained to me. I had another dentist tell me all my fillings had to be replaced, but Dr Parker doesn't do work that doesn't NEED to be done. He's the best! Elizabeth is my hygienist & she is a really nice lady, very supportive in helping me get my gums healthy. Very professional and very clear with explanations. I would recommend them to anyone, especially people who are scared of dentists!

The worst place you could possibly go in Victoria. A year later after asking to be referred to a different dentist at this "group" we were told sorry we can't help your mother who has broken a tooth and needs urgent assistance. FYI, the written estimate was only $300 to tighten my mother's loose bridge, and I warned her it would only become worse, take a year of visits, and cost thousands to start over with new implants. But the dentist said it's simple to tighten the screw, she said, and it won't cost much at all. After breaking the bridge, she was left with nothing to eat with for months, had to go to a specialist downtown, and $15,000, and one inconvenient, painful year later, she had new implants and a bridge that wasn't loose. Don't even think about using this place unless you're prepared to hire a lawyer afterward to get compensation for expenses due to deceptive marketing and malpractice.

I was told that a panoramic x-ray is required, as did not have one in the past 5 years. I agreed to that. Then the dentist came and started to tell me that additional nine (9) x-rays required before the new patient exam. I do not think that without looking on the panoramic x-ray, and without looking on the patient oral condition is reasonable to ask for 9 x-rays. However the dentist insisted. It was the point to walk away. The overall experience is poor. A caring doctor should listen a patients concerns, which in my case was for the excessive x-rays. Was no visual check or looking on the panoramic image was done prior requesting 9 additional x-rays. Overall the worst dental hygienist and worst dentist first impression experience.
